“Nice stay”
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy walking distance to historic downtown and the river. Several good restaurants located nearby, also.
“Definately would return.”
Very comfortable hotel.Room was large and very clean. Great to have the fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Could only be improved if a bathroom exhaust fan, got a little humid with three of us showering in the morning. Definately will stay there next time.
“Nice Hotel with Ammenities at Good Price”
We paid a little more money to stay at The Guesthouse because it was close to downtown and had some nice ammenities. It's not a luxury hotel but it's nice for the price. Our room was comfortable and quiet at night. The gal at the desk was nice and gave us a late check out. There is a restaurant and bar with pool table and slots on site. Nice for those who don't want to go out. The pool is really nice and has a waterfall wall. The mini golf is cute and fun. Nice sitting area around the pool. Small arcade for the kids. It's only about a 15 minute walk to the bars in the downtown area. We arrived on Sunday and there was a large birthday party going on in the pool area with a lot of kids!! It was really noisy. Screaming kids everywhere! No swimming or mini golf for me that day as my head can't deal with screaming kids! We could hear them in our room but it did quiet down at night. We had other things to do that day anyways, shopping and dinner, so all the kids really weren't an issue. But if it's important to you, you may want to inquire if they have rented the pool out for a party before you book your room! Things did quiet down at night and we enjoyed some late night beers by the pool, just us!

Very spacious rooms. Clean. Nice little bar in the hotel. Overall great place to stay. I would definately stay there again.
“Very Clean and comfortable stay”
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Heat had fan running off and on and woke everyone up once in a while. Everything else was great.

We had a great time very nice pool area. enjoyed the mini golf with our family, the loubge was nice, great breakfast served pool side. There is no doubt we WILL stay here again on any return trip to Grand Forks.........enjoy your stay

“Great Family Hotel”
We love the Town House! It is a great place for a group to stay, we were there for a hockey tournament. The kids swam, played minature golf and had plenty of room to roam. The adults could sit together by the pool area and actually talk , we used the atrium to host 2 dinners, 1 lunch and a breakfast. All dbl rooms have frig and microwave. There are some areas and rooms that need to be updated, we had a pool side room and the first night it was about 80 in our room, when I called they brought a fan right away and the following day moved us to a room right around the corner that had an outside window. Rooms are good size, fit 2 adults 2 kids a hockey bag, a dog and a large dog kennel! The townhouse is our choice when we stay in Grand Forks.

fRONT DESK STAFF WERE OKAY NOT OVERLY FRIENDLY. tHE ROOM WAS OKAY FOR THE PRICE IT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER BED WERE ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE THE ROLL AWAYCOT THE MATTRESS WAS BACK FROM WORLD WAR 1 OTHER WISE IT WASN`T BAD THE LOCATION WAS ALITTLE BIT OF A DISTANCE TO ALL THE SHOPS THAT I WANTED TO VISIT. tHE SERVICE AT THE BAR AND GRILL WAS GREAT BUT THE FOOD WASN`T. OVER ALL IT WASN`T THE BEST BUT IT WAS OKAY FOR THE PRICE. pool was great and the kids loved the minature golf course.
