This is my second time staying at this hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Room Keys never worked, staff not accommodating, other minor tendencies that just didn’t make sense when paying hundreds of dollars per night for a below average hotel.

I apologize for the room keys not working properly. As we mentioned that if you keep the keycard next to your phone the keycard will deactivate.

We arrived quite late (10:30 pm) greeted by very friendly staff. Beautiful room, comfy King size bed, nice bathroom/shower. Bit of a leak at the base of the toilet which is why the 4 star on that (room 116) otherwise it was perfect

Really liked the cleanliness of the entire property - rooms, hallways, lobby, dining area. Rooms were a good size and had the amenities I always like to have (fridge & microwave) Very quiet at night too. First time staying here, but would definitely look to book here again the next time we're in Grand Forks

A great value for your money. Nice, clean room. Great breakfast. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice enough. Only complaint was bad wi-fi. It would disconnect every few minutes during peak periods.
