“Quiet room, comfortable bed, varied and convenient restaurants.”

A very quiet, clean room. Prompt attention if I had a question. Just a very nice stay overall. I was able to relax after a busy day at a confernce located in the adajacent conference center.

the only thing is it's is very high priced and you still have to pay for swimming when you stay there.

“very nice motel”

very nice motel, only complaint is with a room reservation you should get at least 2 wristbands for the waterpark. Gets to be a real expensive place to stay, when we stayed for 3 days and had 5 of us, it was $150 for the waterpark extra, on top of our room.

“Very Good Hotel”

Very satisfied with cleanliness of room and hotel in general. Great water park for kids of all ages. Found staff to be friendly and helpful.

“Good for Families”

Water park is great for families but beware that you have to pay extra for it. Room was okay, but will never get a room with sofa bed again. Mattress in sofa bed was terrible and the baby cot provided was lumpy. Next time we'll get the 2nd queen bed for our son and bring our own pack and play for our daughter. Breakfast was expensive for what we got. However, there is a fridge and coffee maker in the room so you can provide your own breakfast which is easier with kids anyways.

Elevators are very slow and the rooms are very noise from above. Altos had terrible service.

“Unhappy about the key cards”

ridiculous that you need a card to get on a elevator and it never worked and many others were unhappy also
