Bon et pas cher, mais ne pas compter sure déjeuner
Passez tout droit au déjeuner, c'est juste du pain à avec de la confiture de raisin (?) Et des muffins pas mangeables. Le reste c'est très bien.

Très bonne adresse excepté un accueil un peu froid et impersonnel. Possibe que nous ayons réveillé la dame avec un check in à 22 heures mais un sourire n'aurait rien gâché. Bien placé même si proche de la ligne de chemin de fer...

C'est la chambre qui compte!
Malgré l'apparence extérieure du motel qui semble désuet, le chambres sont très belles et très propres. Le propriétaire n'est pas très jasant et vous envoie chercher votre glace dans l'hôtel voisin. Nous avons trouvé ça un peu louche, mais n'avons pas eu de problème. Le déjeuner continental et très bien et commence tôt le matin. C'est utile car nous visitions le Grand Canyon, qui est à 1h30 de route du motel.

We stayed there for three nights and it's located not far too Grand Canyon, to Sedona and Meteor Crater too. You have many fast food and restaurants in the area. Employees are not really polite but do their job. At night, you can hear the train passing cause there is a railroad just close behind the motel.

hôtellier très déplaisant,
j'ai réservé des chambres pour 5 personnes, alors qu'il n'y en a pas, l'hotellier m'a dit que si je n'étais pas contente il fallait voir avec expédia; l'hotel est bruyant, limite au niveau accueil, confort et petit déjeuner. Prestation hôtellière très decevante; à décommander, par contre l'hôtel days inn juste à côté est remarquable;

Poor hotel service.
This stands out as one of the worst experience I have had staying at a hotel. The initial check-in took more than half an hour with an extremely rude and aggressive receptionist who refused to provide a foldout bed even though it was clearly stated on my reservation. The room was dirty and smelly. The breakfast next morning consisted of little more than dried toasts and reheated potatoes and eggs which I decided not to eat as it appeared stale. Thankfully I was only staring for one night.

Late Check-In
I scheduled the rooms, 2 rooms total, for my employees as they would be working in the area over the weekend. We were told that they had to be checked in by 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, they were stuck in traffic as it was a Friday night and a 2 hour drive to the hotel. We contacted the hotel while in traffic stating that we might be late due to the traffic. The person answering the phone assured us that it would not be a problem and to just call the same number upon arrival and she would check them in. With that being said, they actually arrived before the 11:00 deadline, however, the door was locked so they called the previous number for 30 minutes with no answer. Needless to say, they had to go find other rooms, as I had reserved 2, for the first night's stay. My foreman went to the hotel the next morning and explained everything that went on and they refused to issue a refund. As previously stated, the rooms were for 2 nights so my employees stayed the second night as it was too late to cancel without being charged. We didn't want to throw more money away at this point. However, we explained to them that we would not be reserving any more rooms, which we needed for the 3 following weekends.

clerk beware of
office clerk smelled of alcohol. he put wrong name on my receipt. when i confronted him about it he was agitated .i noticed that he was not friendly to the person before me this made me uncomfortable . I wanted leave and find another hotel but this was paid for .room was clean comfortable..but was again uncomfortable..with this clerk standing out side of office glaring at us..

Try somewhere else.
I was annoyed by owner/manager. When searching for rooms in Flagstaff I was looking for places that slept 5. This Travelodge popped up. When I checked in she charged me $11 for having an extra person. Hotels.com said it was supposed to sleep 4. So not only did my son have to sleep on the floor that night, I had to pay $10 more...I mean $11...she typed in the $11 instead of $10 but was too lazy to re-run my credit card. I had just driven 7.5 hrs, so I just wanted to go to sleep.

We checked in late with our 3 kids after a day of traveling. Our room had threadbare sheets and towels and carpet tacks sticking out of the carpet (not so good for bare feet!). I called the front desk less than an hour after checking in to see if I could cancel our remaining reservation. The guy at the front desk told me he needed to talk to someone, set the phone on the counter (without muting it), and proceeded to check someone else in/talk to others for about 10 minutes before getting back on the phone with me. I was handed off to another person who told me I couldn't cancel my 2nd night (because it was less than 24 hours notice), but I could cancel my 3rd night. I understood the policy and was still willing to pay the second night, but told her we'd be checking out the next morning. She told me I would need to finish my cancellation at check-out. The next morning, we packed our things and went to the front desk to check out. She told me because I booked through Expedia, I would need to contact them directly to cancel my reservation for the third night. I called Expedia, who then called the front desk at Travelodge. The Expedia agent then said, "I just spoke with the front desk. She said she already told you she would refund you for the 3rd night and that it was already taken care of." This, of course, is NOT what I was told by the front desk. I was frustrated that I had to wait around and was told different information by the employees at Travelodge.

Nice hotel. We got upgraded to a king because we had kids, which was nice. But we got charged an extra $10 for being over 4 people in a room. The receptionist said that kids are counted towards the 4, so because there was 3 adults and 2 kids, we had to pay the extra person. This was the only Travelodge that told me that as I stay at Travelodge often and never had a problem with being over 4 people because of kids.

weekend stay
well how do i start? for starters the tv is weird, can not turn on or off at remote and no sound control also. frig was at max and not cooling, the office said all rooms like that. at check in, was not given any info about the hotel like wifi connection or breakfast time. but the one highlight was the room size was great with a bed and sofa with a divider wall. ac had to be turned up higher than normal to get any air over the wall which was almost maxed out. location was great, close by everything.

Room was clean. Breakfast was stale bread for toast and bagels the 1st day and Fruitloops added to it the 2nd day. Desk Clerk was not very friendly. 1st day the maintenance ran the blower on the 2nd floor in the morning waking us up. 2nd day they booked construction workers on the 2nd floor. All their heavy machinery they brought up with them they had to lug down early in the morning once again waking us up.

Worst, gross hotel ever!
This hotel is Nasty. From the moment I walked into the lobby until I discovered the mattress underneath the sheets stained of blood or other body fluids, either way disgusting. We picked this hotel because on the pictures it seemed decent, but it was pricy and disgusting.

Not pleased
Requested roll away bed in advance but upon arrival was informed there was none available. Was not pleased with the location and did not feel safe to stay there. Sketchy vehicles and people. Tried to cancel the reservation and they would not refund my money. Spent an hour on the phone with 2 different Hotels.com agents who also refused to refund my money. I got another hotel room down the road...needless to say, not pleased with the Travelodge or Hotels.com.

We did not stay overnight. We arrived with our 4 month old baby and had hotel guests loitering outside making inappropriate comments and whistling at me. As a woman I felt completely unsafe and did not want to stay there with my son.

Ok hotel if you are on a budget.
Not the most pleasant hotel to stay at. We were a group of four that spent the weekend in Flagstaff doing some hiking and sightseeing, so we only really needed the hotel so we could sleep and shower. Well, we had requested some extra towels and the lady at the front desk said she would drop off only one, and she never did. The AC in the room was blowing out somewhat cool air, but it was still hot throughout the night. It wasn't terrible, but I will definitely not stay there again when I go back.

So-so motel
Trouble with the TV but desk clerk eventually got it working. Floor lamp did not work, iron but no ironing board, coffee maker but no cups, no plastic cups for water. Not a great experience. It was clean and comfortable but I will not stay here again. I am now worrying about the motels I have reserved for the end of the month in Utah. Do you people ever inspect the hotels your advertise?
