We are an Australian couple, in their 60’s, on 12 month retirement holiday. The Vincci Albayzin is a delightful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms aren’t large but are comfortable. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a lovely bar and lots of inviting sitting areas. A step back in time feeling which is comforting. Lovely staff.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated for the centre of Granada. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening- the food was delicious! We would stay there again!

The air conditioning didn’t work well and the room was very stuffy which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Location was good, especially if one is driving (couple of parking options), but also walkable. Breakfast was good - decent selection. We got a good rate so it was fine - but it’s more like a 3 star hotel and def not worth paying extra/“splurging”. Lots of shortfalls, for example bathroom sink barely draining (mentioned to the front desk twice), bit noise - could hear your neighbours. Very impersonal staff. Not convinced about the security - every night there was an event at the restaurant (wedding, other parties etc) yet anyone can walk in and go up to the rooms. Not to mention the busy lobby with outside guests (hotel did not mention that the main restaurant will be running events). Cleanliness - was okay, but didn’t make me all that comfortable given how dark the rooms are.

Enjoyable stay at the Vincci
Vincci A. hotel is located in a great spot in the central district. Walking distance to all attractions and plenty of good food around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was worth the price. The staff was very helpful with information about the hotel and the surrounding area. I would definitely stay at the Vincci again.

Very helpful front desk and the service at the lobby bar,confort bed and good size room,beautiful area for breakfast and dinner,walking distance to downtown. Downside AC BROKEN SO THEY CHANGE US TO A BETTER ROOM A JUNIOR SUITE VERY NICE but with no fridge in the room so at 5 am I was up a little hungry and very thirsty and no bottle of water seen so I called the front desk and she told me to look in the closet nothing there we ate some chips and drank water from the sink anyway overall is a nice place well kept with good service near the shopping area

Superb hotel, easy to walk to the centre with an y shops and bars, very clean and friendly staff. Parking under hotel with no issues. Loved our stay here, just found the menu choose very limited but food we did have could not fault, breakfast though had much too chose all of excellent standard

A comfortable room near the old town
This is a lovely hotel! I stayed in a queen room, and was very pleased with it. The mattresses could stand to be rotated, but everything was luxuriously soft and clean. The bathroom was also very nice. The parking is right under the hotel (with elevator access), which is very convenient, but you need to check in before you can access it. The location is also very nice - quite close to the old town, and a short drive to the Alhambra. The street is quiet and charming. Overall, a lovely stay in lovely Granda!

I liked the restaurant's options and the breakfasts were wonderful. While I had trouble the first night sleeping on the wide pillow, the staff brought me options that included a down pillow of the same size that was perfect.

This hotel is in a lovely neighbourhood, and the front desk staff are friendly. Everything is very clean. The amenities felt a little outdated for a four star hotel though. Our room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and the walls were very thin between rooms.

Great place to explore Granada
Outstanding hotel in the heart of Granada with an amazing breakfast and very kind, helpful staff. The room was a little small and there was noise from people out in the street. I would only say they should offer softer pillows as I ended up with a crock in my neck from the bed pillow!
