This is a great hotel right in Centro just a couple of blocks from several plazas with lots of bars and restaurants, and easy walking to all the major sights. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Staff were excellent Toilet and bidet worked fine but we’re quite old Nighttime noise from work truck at 2:30 am and peoples in morning at 7:30 am talking loudly and finally, the worst tv remote I’ve ever tried to work It was useless!

Very nice hotel in the center. Very conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and keep this property running smoothly . Robert at the front desk was specially kind and incredibly helpful The property is super clean. Very confortable beds.

Good location. Hop on hop off drop is just down the street. Was quiet, front of hotel is off a small pedestrian street. The room was basic with no frills but was large. AC and hot water worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have maps of the area at the front desk, just ask. Easy taxi ride from Train station. Hotel arranged for a taxi on our check-out day.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and a great place to stay. At first glance, I wasn't sure it was all that nice. Staff inside very informative and helpful. There is a small elevator that moves between floors, so max of people with luggage is 2. Location is outstanding with most attractions walking distance.

The staff at the hotel were all nice - even the cleaning staff said hello to me. I guess the rooms need to be soundproof as I could hear everything coming from the corridor and the other rooms. It wasn’t noisy, but felt a bit uncomfortable. The room was not new but well cleaned, the bed was big enough.

Great place to stay in Granada!
The hotel is very central, perfect for exploring the city! The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was so polite and helpful. I loved my stay here and definitely recommend the place.

Good value hotel near city centre.
The Sacromonte Hotel is very close to the centre of Granada; our room was decent sized and the bathroom (shower over the bath) was adequate. Each person at reception was friendly and helpful.

Another excellent stay
We have stayed here before. This stay was just as comfortable and enjoyable. Spacious, clean room with everything you need at an affordable cost. Front desk receptionist was extremely, professional and firendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, just 20 minute walk away from Albaicin. I would recommend upgrading the internet as it was very slow, it would be extremely difficult to work from here

Great Hotel in Centre of City
We stayed for 3 nights in July 2020. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly Ideal position for Alhambra, Calle Navas, Old Town and of course 'the shops' Would def stay here again

Great location
The room was of average size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and large with bath and shower. The shower worked very well but it was only hand-held. All it needed was a hook in the tiled wall which would have made a lot of difference. There was a fair amount of noise from other rooms and an incredibly loud plumbing noise every morning and sometimes during the night when other guests used their shower or wc which woke us up several times. The hotel is right in the centre with many shops, tappas bars, restaurants and tourist attractions just a few steps away.

Pleasant stay in Granada.
Service was friendly, very helpful and 24hour at reception. The room was pleasant - and quiet when the windows were closed. Air conditioning was quiet making it possible to keep on through the night if necessary. It was very convenient for the centre of Granada and an easy walk up to the Albaicin. The area felt safe to walk in after midnight on my own. Very convenient for restaurants. cafes, the city tour bus (recommended for spotting where you want to go back to visit at more length).

Location is great with the hotel being a hop, skip, and jump away from the Granada cathedral. The room and bathroom was surprisingly large. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but there is an air unit in the room which is a plus! Only negative is that they have cards to activate the electricity in the room, so once you leave everything turns off. We wanted to leave some things to charge in our room but realized after a day away from the room, that even the outlets power is cut off.

Granada the wonderful.
I have visited Granada many times over the years, it's atmosphere is infectious, you almost want to dance in the street. The Tapas bars are the best in Spain, and the scenic walk from the Alhambra, back to town is fantastic. The Sacromonte Hotel is slap bang in the town centre, walking distance of all Granada has to offer.

Basic but good!
The location is great, in a quiet area but minutes to the main street and the cathedral. The service is no-frills, quick check in and check out. Room is basic, the bed is comfy. Great value for the location!

I arrived after 12 hours of driving to find out that the room is cancelled and they have no rooms for me. They offered me the Emergency staff room that was stinky The receptionist was helpful to find me anther hotel that was a bit more expensive Bad experience

The so-called hotel failed to honour our online reservation, claiming they never received it. This was not true because they asked us later if they could cancel it (when we found an alternative accommodation for the stay). It could be a simple mistake but, given how they tried to cover it, it is more likely they pick and choose their guests based on the duration of their stay (we only stayed in Granada for a single night so we were not ‘good enough’ for them?). I am glad we didn’t stay there as the hotel needs modernisation (based on the outdoor and reception area). The alternative hotel we stated in was better in every aspect and cheaper. Don’t recommend staying there.
