Accommodations were good. Unfortunately I can’t give it an outstanding rating due to the unfriendly and unprofessional staff at front desk. They should be trained to be service oriented personnel.

Unfriendly front desk person made us feel uncomfortable. No help was offered, no information, however our friends who stayed at another hotel had a wonderful concierge who helped us all with the tickets and tours. Our room was dirty, when we checked in, they gave us the room that was not cleaned. It was total disaster and disappointment but the only response was - mistakes happen-. The sofa in our room was full of hair and cigarettes butts were on the balcony. Hotel does not have a parking. The breakfast is served in the basement with very limited options, almost nothing for gluten-free sensitivity. However, hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to Alhambra or city center easily.

Perfectly located quite near to the Alhambra and the Hammam, and walkable to several attractions and shopping. When my room was not ready upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite that was more than enough for 1 person. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Lovely rooftop deck for meals and eelaxation.

If you are going to Alhambra, this is the place to stay. It's right on the path. Walk a few meters down and you are in the middle of everything of historic Granada. No need to get a car or taxi. Breakfast is great. There's no reason not to stay here. Loved it.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a great location, walking distance to the Alhambra and the old town, Albacin. The staff helped me get a taxi to and from the hotel and were able to help me with stowing my luggage which I really appreciated. I would recommend to anyone who really wants convenience on a budget.
