“Good location”

Good location, right in the middle of the tourist plaza. Rooms could use an update but hardly spent anytime there anyway. Good hotel for a short stay

“Fantastic Location”

This hotel is right in the heart of Plaza Nueva which is a beautiful square with loads of places to eat and drink all around it. The Alhambra isn't far and if you don't fancy walking the hill the bus stops just down the road. The best thing about this hotel was the price and the location.

“Great location for touring Sevilla”

Hotel is hard to find at first, but is a gem. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops and super close to the Cathedral and other landmarks. Staff was very friendly and speak English. Hotel rooms are very small and could use a paint job, but for sleeping and running around all day, it fits the bill.

Great area of the city, central to all shops and Alhambra. Clean and comfortable.

“Location, location, location”

Superb location for street bars/cafes plus straight up the hill opposite for the Alhambra. Also close to cathedral and central shops.

“Location great, but small and dark”

I had a single room, which was truly the smallest room I have ever had in a hotel. I could deal with that (not there to be in the hotel), but I had to take the single lamp apart in the room in order to take the lamp shade off and have enough light to read by. There was a dim overhead light. My window looked out onto an airshaft. I'm not all that particular, but the coffee coming out of the machine in the breakfast room was just not drinkable. Otherwise, the breakfast was fine (extra cost). All in all because of the hotel's location, close to buses to the Albayzin and the Alhambra, I would recommend it. But if you care about the size of the room, the single one at least is miniscule, barely enough room to turn around in.

“Satisfactory for the price”

Given the price we paid, we were (barely) satisfied with this hotel.Great location! Bed was uncomfortable. View was disappointing. The layout of the bathroom in particular was horrible -- not enough room to comfortably complete required bathroom activities (use your imagination here). We were only in the room to sleep, so it was acceptable. One particular concern was no safe in the room. That's a huge concern Aso, no comfortable to sit. Feel comfortable booking, but make sure it's a good price/value.

“Dishonest”

The location was great but the service was not. We paid a special rate which was abut half of the rack rate. When we checked in they gave us the room just off the reception. I requested another room straight away but was told they were fully booked but might have something tomorrow. That night it was very noisey with people coming in and out, chatting in reception until about 2am. The next day I requested the other room but was told none were avaiable. We settled in for a siesta and a drilling sound commenced. Upon complaining about the noise, the hotel managed to find another room for us - at last!
