Very average 2 star hotel, there is nothing there. The kitchen is miserable and one person attending front desk, bar and kitchen. There is an a restaurant next door with very poor food. We booked it for 7 nights but moved to another hotel the next day. Obviously the hotel didn’t give us any refund

The hotel is in a great area (near the beach and restaurants). It's a bit dated in decor, but it's clean and the staff is outstanding.

Really nice boutique hotel by the beach with a very good onsite restaurant. Comfortable bed and room darkening shades made for a good nights sleep. The hotel breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.

Best hotel in Almunecar

No AC
It is a small but nice hotel next to the water with a nice restaurant and bar. My only problem was that temperature outside was in the 60's and they had the furnace on and not the AC. I had to sleep with the windows open and borrow a fan to cool the room. Other than that, it was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casablanca Hotel. I didn’t find the lobby extravagant enough but this hotel meets the level of development of the city.

Charming hotel with great location and views
Wonderful view of the beach from great balconies, friendly and helpful staff, great location just a short minute's walk from the beach. Charming and with character. We alwaya return. This time, we were able to check in right away, even though we werw arrives 2 hours ahead of check in time.

Short one night break.
Good Hotel very central for all amenities, great staff very helpful good room and bathroom. Very pleasant one night stay. Will be back for a longer break. If you use the local underground car park make sure you take your ticket with you because you can not get back in without it.

We stayed 3 nights in a balcony room on the 4th floor which Was comfy and gave us a view of the sea. We ate once at the Hotel for breakfast but wouldn’t recommend as it was a bit disappointing. (there are many tastier, even less expensive options to explore around Almunecar.) Location was ideal for us and we walked everywhere.

Very nice beach hotel
This is a 2 star hotel, but it feels much more like a 3 or even 4 star hotel. Friendly service, a good breakfast, clean rooms, good a/c, good internet and close to the beach. Recommended.

Excellent hotel let down by noise nuisance
Lovely hotel in great location. Stayed in Room 202 with balcony. Great room and facilities high quality spec. Unfortunately room was let down by the loud sound of running water in the wall behind the bed head every time someone used the bathroom on floors above plus Noise from occupants of neighbouring room into early hours equalled not much sleep.

Quaint Little Hotel in a Great location
This Hotel was chosen based on the photos seen at time of booking; it did not disappoint. First impressions on arrival, were really good and the location was great for beach, bars and the old town, whilst being literally across the road from the bird/ parrot park.

A phenomenal hotel right on the beach. We had a blast! Rooms were great. The restaurant offered delicious food and drink. It is within walking distance of the castle, the Majuelo Park, and the scenic views are incredible.

PLeasant and comfortable stay
Pleasant old-fashioned hotel well located near the seafront. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The hotel has a cafe/restaurant but we did not eat there so cannot comment on the quality. Almunecar is a small and compact resort that seems to cater predominantly for Spanish tourists. There is a good selection of cafes and restaurants.along and near the two main bays that comprise the town. Beaches are somewhat stony and gritty though.

For our stay in Almunecar we booked the Hotel Casablanca.It's a small family run hotel. It was clean comfortable and the staff were friendly. The room rates were very competitive. The hotel is very central to the town and provides great views of the sea and the beach. The hotel provides no in-room facilities for drinks such as tea making and has no on-site parking, if these facilities are important to your stay. We went to Almunecar to visit friends and we found the hotel really suited our needs. Recommended!

Excellent 2 night stay, worth paying extra for a balcony. Better than some 3* hotels we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others. Location is perfect for beach and town. WiFi very good.Friendly staff.
