At LOPESAN Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso, 561 air-conditioned guestrooms overlook the resort gardens or the sea. Rooms feature furnished balconies or patios, separate dressing rooms, and windows that open. Recreation
The resort offers an artificial beach, a gym, a putting green, and a tennis court (surcharge). Guests can take advantage of onsite volleyball, darts, and billiards (surcharge), as well as live entertainment. 5 pools include a saltwater pool; 3 are heated in the winter. The resort also offers a children's pool, and 3 spa tubs. A casino is located nearby. Complimentary shuttle service is available to Lopesan Meloneras Golf and Maspalomas Golf.

Spa
The seafront spa Corallium Villa del Conde specializes in thalassotherapy. This wellness center features a seawater hydrotherapy pool, a reflexology pool, and a flotation pool where light and sound therapy are provided. Guests can unwind in steam baths with aromatic herbs, or with a Rhassoul mud wrap and steam bath. Chocolate-based treatments, Vichy showers, and massages, including Lomi-Lomi massage, are offered. The spa also includes a chromo therapy sauna, ice fountain, sun terrace, and gym.

“Absolutely fabulous.”
Expectations exceeded. Would definately recommend to others and can't wait to re-visit. Also spent time in spa area which is a must + Ocean View areas are definately recommended.
“Villa del Conde”
Excellent hotel, happy, pleasant staff, fantastic food. So much choice in buffets. Put on a brilliant show for New Year.
“Amazing hotel, our 2nd visit did not disappoint!”
We stayed for one week at the LOPESAN Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso in September. As soon as you arrive in the impressive reception area, the helpful staff at the desk offer you a refreshment drink, much appreciated after your journey. We stayed in standard double with pool sea view, slight walk from reception - but don't be put off, as you only do this once (different routes available once you are in the hotel!). Rooms are quite large, modern, clean & spacious with separate bathroom (shower cubicle & bath), dressing room, and seating area. We traveled with our 22mth old son, and he was made so welcome in the restaurants, at breakfast, dinner etc... and always made a fuss of. Kids entertainment was 30 mins each evening, so did not take over the whole entertainment schedule for the adults! Breakfast and Dinner buffet were very good quality and offered huge selection. Hotel is 8-10 min walk along a new promenade to good selection of restaurants and shops, inc a supermarket. No problem getting sun loungers round the pools, even after midday (although some people did reserve them with the provided beach towels from 9am!). Grounds well maintained, and although this is a large hotel, it never felt overcrowded or cramped. Overall excellent service and high standard of hotel.
“Great hotel”
We were looking for a hassle free holiday and found it here. The children loved the swimming pools and it felt safe for them to go and get food and drinks by themselves. The food was good but can be a bit repetative otherwise we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
“JUST WONDERFUL!!!”
This is a truely lovely hotel, the service, the room, the spa, everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be going back, especially without the kids!!!
“Top Rate Hotel”
Just returned from a last minute break at the Lopesan Villa De Conde at Gran Canaria and could not be more pleased with the hotel. Extremely clean and staff very curtious and helpful. Food was good (although not much variety if you dined in for a whole week) We had bed and breakfast and had evening meal at the lovely restaurants along the sea-front directly outside the hotel. Lots of sunbeds (never needed to reserve them)lovely clean pools - just what you would expect from a five star hotel. Will definately be returning.

we have just retuned from our hoilday and cant wait to return soon with our family next year the staff at the hotel were so helpful at all times rooms where very comfble as we had our son with us the room was great for all our needs, food was excellent also the whole hoilday was wonderful i would recommed this hotel a resort.

“Absolutly FANTASTIC hotel”
A friend recommended this hotel who have got a 3 year old and they have been there six times in the last 18 months. I can see why they go back!We have an 8 month old. The rooms were fantastic. We had a standard room and I couldn't believe it when we walked in. We were right next to one of the pools. It had a walk in wardrobe, very large bathroom, very large bed and roomspace. Exactly what we were looking for as a first family holiday away. The food was excellent. We went half board and it was worth it. The choice is amazing. We would recommend going out for lunch for something different as there are some lovely restaurants only a 10-15 min walk away. I read some reviews on this hotel before we went away and was worried that some reviews said it was noisy. From about 7am we could hear noise of people moving around upstairs as they are tiled floors but to be honest it really didn't matter as who wants to be in bed when it is lovely and sunny outside. I was able to go back to sleep and it didn't wake my daughter. The Spa is a must! Very cheap compared to what you might pay in England. I spent nearly 5 hours in there and had half hour massage. The evening entertainment is a bit tacky but worth a look. It is set in a lovely square next to the restaurant and it was like you were walking out and about in a town but on a smaller scale. This hotel is a must for a relaxing family holiday. It is also good for young couples but only if you don't mind children.
“Would go back”
We were there out of season and found the hotel perfect for our weeks break. I am not sure how the atmosphere in the hotel would change with older children during high season. Not many UK visitors in the hotel mostly German and Dutch. The Buffet evening meal was so comprehensive and staff support made it unecessary to visit the restaurants.
