Nice room with great view. Not much thinga around as it is near exhibition hall. For business stay is great.

Great for dogs but average for humans
They nickel & dime you here. Charged me USD$45 for an 1.5 hour early check-in and to get a 30-minute check-out cost the same. The West tower smells like a wet dog and likely due to the pet hotel on the ground floor .

Very convenient if needing to attend Kintex exhibition complex, just a few minutes walk away. Other than this, the area is mainly residential and has no special attraction to visitors. There are however shopping malls and One Mount shopping and entertainment complex nearby

The area has a few big and convenient shopping centers, and it's near the big convention center. The staff failed to answer phone calls, messed up our food order, and wanted to charge us for toothbrushes and toothpaste! The manager didn't seem to care. Would probably not go back to any Sono hotel. Generally the cheaper motels are better than this place.

I had a pleasant stay with my friend. The room was nice and clean and the hotel staff were overall very helpful. There is room for improvement on the breakfast buffet. Definitely would recommend staying at Sono Calm and I would consider staying there again as well.

The Best Hotel in Goyang City Area~!!
Spent the night with my fiancee on our trip to Haeri Culture Town. Due to Covid-19, there were no conventions and it made the place calm and peaceful. I recommend you to stay here if you're planning on exploring west side of Seoul and should definitely check out the Park & Mall next to this place.

Very clean, good size rooms. 7 out of 10 for the breakfast buffet. Aside from breakfast, hotel was excellent. Super friendly staff, always clean lobby, rooms, hallways, etc. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
