Hôtel vétuste et vieux. Besoin grandement d’une rénovation. Chambre et salle de bain petite, bruyante, sans machine à expresso et petites. Seul le tarif est 4 étoiles. Très mauvais deal étant donné le prix exhorbitant pour la prestation.

Nous avions une belle chambres calme dans un hotel situé en plein centre, d'une architecture magnifique. Personnel sympathique. Nombreuses commodités. Parmi les hotels dans lesquels je suis passé, c'est celui-ci qui détient le record de plats proposés au petit déjeuner (tout était très bon) en libre-service.

I love these historical hotels. This location is great in downtown Gothenburg. Flight was late and I had a super late check in, staff was very helpful and super nice. Also, they have a really nice breakfast.

The hotel was a beautiful old building, that looked like it always a hotel. The room was the perfect size, no wasted space, bathroom was small but great looking and efficient. It’s close the the train station and the shopping areas, with stores and restaurants just outside. Breakfast was great, really good choice in the buffet. The staff were really nice and helpful, rooms really clean. The only things I thought they could improve is to have comcast on the TV. Most people staying there probably don’t speak Swedish, and would want to play YouTube, instead of Swedish sitcoms. Besides that the place was almost perfect.

Not too far a walk from the central station (where the airport bus departs and arrives from), smart, quality, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The breakfast buffet was expansive and included with the room, which wasn’t obvious when I booked. Beds a bit soft, so not ideal for an old chap with a dodgy back, but comfortable enough. Not cheap but good value all the same. Ideal for the city centre as well as the many shops, cafes etc in the vicinity.

Dags för renovering av rum. Kakelplattor är lösa på badrummet Städningen är inte tillfredsställande Har bott många gånger på detta hotellet och sett ett gradvis förfall. Frukost utomordentligt god, vällagad och med snabb service.

Vilken fin byggnad hotellet är beläget i och fin frukost. Det som var mindre bra var att mitt rum hade fönster in mot frukostmatsalen och kl 5 när personalen började jobba och skratta och prata störde det mig, och när musik satter på kl 6.

Stayed in a Standard Double Room. Requested two single beds which was not provided. Rooms seem a little worn down and very small. Phone did not work. Lamp had one light bulb missing. Breakfast buffet had a large variety but not very high quality.

Trevligt och centralt hotell och vi valde ett mindre dubbelrum som var helt OK i storlek försent enkel övernattning Rent och fint men det som drar ner från högsta betyg är att det i badrummet var lite svartmögel på några ställen i fogarna. Inte vad man förväntar sig från 5 stjärniga hotell Trevlig miljö och bra utbud vid frukosten
