“Enjoyed th Staff”
All staff I met during my stay were friendly, courteous and helpful; genuinely helpful. I'll be back!
“Great Hotel”
Very friendly, good location right off interstate, was very very clean, comfortable room, and great breakfast.
“Where our family always meets”
We have an annual family reunion in Pine Level. Our family always stays here and the staff takes great care of us each time. The price can't be beat, the location is ideal with the outlets just down the road, and the staff is extremely friendly and eager to please their guests.

Hotel was a little outdated. however, it was the best price for the location of the hotel.
“Misleading”
We were only in town for the 1 night to do some shopping. The only 2 requests were the hotel to be "pet friendly", and to have a pool. It was pet friendly, but as for the pool, it was closed. We were not told the pool was closed upon check-in. Hotel was out-dated, could use some remodeling.
“So-So”
Check in went smooth Check out went fine once an employee finally got to the front desk Continental breakfast was not well stocked, people standing around waiting on the staff to replenish the foods and tables were dirty Seem to be a VERY limited staff
“Sleepless in Selma”
I was a little leary to stay here given the mix reviews but for the price deicded to give it a try since it was ranked as one of the top in the area. I now know to not put alot of trust in the reviews especially if they are so mixed. The hotel was outdated and the rooms did not have alot of insulation to prevent the noise from other rooms. Very noisy and did not get alot of sleep. Even the room refrigerator was very noisy. Needless to say after along day of traveleing did not get the rested night sleep I needed. Will not return to this hotel again.
“Decent place to stay if you want something cheap”
The room was okay but the bathroom is extremely small and could use some work. The beds were very soft. We weren't ready for maid service in the early morning so we put out the Do Not Disturb sign. Apparently they don't come back because our room was never cleaned. We were also billed twice. Once by Expedia and once by the hotel. The hotel said they would fix it. It was okay if you want cheap and you plan to shop.
“if i wanted a family resort i would have gone to a camp ground.”
Everything about the hotel stay was expected. However, when i expected to sleep the next morning i was quickly comfronted with childrens' screams and laughter from the hallway. That was after I was awoken by the sound of a large plastic cart sqeaking up and down the hallway and running into the wall or door starting about 7:00 am. Oh yeah and there was the smell of burning bagels or toast from the breakfast setting in the lobby coming right into my room. I will never stay close to the lobby again.
