“NICE STAY.”

Check in was quick & easy. Staff was pleasant & helpful. During the night, we had a child sick & vomitting. Staff was quick to assist with the cleanup and changing of bed linens, and offered further assistance if necessary. The only negative...checkout was noon; therefore, we wanted to sleep late. We had a housekeeper knocking on our door at 7:30a. I told her we wanted to sleep late, and put the do not disturb sign on the door; nevertheless, the same housekeeper knocked again at 8a. We went ahead & woke up to get ready. Not a big deal, but just a bit of a nuisance.

“Don't stay in a here during prom season”

VERY noisy - a gang of prom kids was up all night parting. I know that the hotel can't control this, but we didn't even get a decent apology from the management.
