Stayed 1night to go to the theatre, very easy to drive into town, our room number 11 looks like it has been recently updated/renovated as it was spotless, we had a great nights sleep as there wasn’t any noise and a very comfortable bed

The spa was even colder than the swimming pool. The property is challenging to access given the one way traffic on the main road. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed new and poorly trained and weren't forthcoming with relevant information (such as Wi-Fi passwords). On a plus side, it's quiet, and we got a good night's sleep, which when it all comes down to it, that's why you're there, isn't it? Wouldn't recommend, but wouldn't avoid either.

Had a spider fall on me when I was about to go to sleep then couldn't find it so I was awake all night the spa and pool were filthy the bed was comfortable and room was okay my breakfast was brought to my room and left outside after they tried calling me which I couldn't pickup due to a back injury

Thank you for your kind words. We are very sorry if there was a spider in your room our housekeepers try their very best to check for cobwebs and spiders and generally do an exceptional job but do occasionally miss things. Our pool was very busy over the weekend. And all guests thanked us very much as it kept the families happy. I opened the pool this morning and didn't find it as you described it. But we are very sorry. Your breakfast was delivered at the time you ordered it. We knocked four times. We rang the phone in your room Four times. And finally, we tried to ring your mobile phone twice. It is not OK to call our staff at 9.30am 1.5 hr after you ordered breakfast. And abuse them because they never unlocked your room and placed your breakfast inside the room. Thats called breaking in Thank you hope to see you again.

The pillow has bad smell, the water pumper ran all night, only one chair in a family room.

Hi thank you for your review. We are sorry if the pillow smelt bad. We have investigated and have not found a smelly pillow , but will definitely check it again and we will wash all pillow protector again. Not sure what the water pumper is but will keep an ear out for it. As our Standard Family room is a bit smaller there is not enough room for 4 Chairs. Thank you

When checking in it felt like I was interrupting the staff as the interaction was very cold and brief. Main area of room looked clean and neat but the timber wall around the hand basin was really dirty and the toilet ran all night. Very dated in there fixtures in the rooms.

Jamie was very helful and professional. He provided us with bowls, plates and cutlery so we could prepare food in our room using the peovided toaster/fridge and microwave. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and easy to access the property, just off the main road. Would consider staying here again! Our whole fanily enjoyed it. Thanks!

I only had one night but the staff were accommodating, and friendly. The bed was clean(lovely crisp laundered linen. Comfortable room. Despite being on a major road it was quiet. I will definitely stay here again

Comfortable room with adequate ammenities. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Pool was nice. Spa and toilet at the pool were out of order. The beds would suit people that enjoy a very firm bed.

Enjoyed my stay here had the essential and was very clean. The lady and gentlemen are very lovely also recommended the local sports club for dinner which was a bonus. Pool and spa are exactly what is needed for a recovery session after a day of touch rugby. Will stay here again when back in Bendigo.

The shower in room 8 is dangerous. Difficult to adjust, and a child or older person could get scalded. Also had trouble with reception on TV. It kept pixelating. Every thing else was fine, thank you.
