“The best hotel and staff ever!!!!!”

From the moment we walked in I knew that this hotel was going to be something special. We were greeted by a friendly man upon arrival who helped us check in and gave us a $100 voucher for drinks at Melbas night club!!! When we got to the room it was amazing, clean and very modern. This hotel locating is so so so close to everything, beach, shops, bus stop, car hire and pubs/clubs! I will be going back to this place as soon as I can. I highly recomend this hotel!!!!

“comfort,peace and quiet”

Location exceptional, close to all amenities,would be able to use all the facilities in warmer weather,not far from the NSW far north coast and equal distance to Bisbane. Very clean and staff very helpful.

“Perfect for family holiday”

These apartments were perfect for our family holiday. The apartments were very spacious and the layout was perfect for a family with 2 small children. The pool area was great with BBQ's and ample seating. The pool was large and very gradually sloped towards the deeper end making it perfect for young kids. Highly recommended.

“Great Apartment in a Great Location”

A nice modern apartment five minutes from the centre of Surfers Paradise. Apartment generally well kept with modern kitchen appliances. Only improvement would be to include some modern audio and visual equipment. Public areas well kept with excellent swimming pool. Games room, internet and gym were of a low standard and require a major upgrade. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The reception team went out of their way to organise the various activities we wanted to do. The only minor negative was the notes issued by management requesting help with room servicing. Customers really shouldn't have to put all plates in the dishwasher on their last day. Overall an excellent property in a great location with very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

“Great Place - only the cleaner has to improve”

The rececptionist was just great. She was very friendly and professional. Explained the complex in simple but business like manners. It was easy to understand. The apartment itself had fantastic views and had everything we were looking for. Only downer was that the cleaner didn't do a good job. Marks at the door frame and you could tell that the place was not really vaccumed:-( Kitchen was good equiped, nice big balcony in front of living area and a smaller one in front of master bedroom. Overall a great place to stay. Very central and quiet. I will stay there again.

“Dirty and Disappointing”

Stayed here for six nights on a family holiday. Apartment was not as it was advertised, which looked very nice on the website. It was very dirty and run down. Not comfortable to be in the apartment at all as was really quite nasty. Kids bedroom smelt badly like vomit and master bedroom had disgusting unidentifiable brown handprints on fabric bedhead and bedspread. Could you get anymore off-putting? It was a two bedroom apartment but only one couch in the lounge room not large enough to fit 4 people? Not sure how that works out with 2 adults and 2 children? We were not expecting the Ritz but were absolutely expecting a nice clean apartment as Trilogy advertise. Would not refer to friends and would definetly not be back.
