Citrique - Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Located on the ground floor overlooking the resort’s spectacular lagoon and waterfall. The restaurant is famous for its Seafood Buffet which is available every night of the week and lunch on weekends. During the week, the restaurant offers a special a la carte menu with a selection of signature dishes designed by the resort’s Executive Chef, Andrew Fraser.

Benihana Japanese Steakhouse - Internationally acclaimed for extraordinary Japanese cuisine, the resort's popular Benihana Japanese Steakhouse is a well known Gold Coast attraction. Be entertained as our talented trickster chefs cook up an entertaining feast right in front of your eyes.

Lobby Lounge Bar - The elegant Lobby Lounge Bar is a perfect place to enjoy a drink or a relaxing high tea on weekends.

Sake Bar - Benihana’s Sake Bar offers a comprehensive beverage list along with its own light food menu and offers a selection of tasting plates such as mixed sashimi and Benihana-made sushi.

An $8 million aquatic playground forms the centrepiece of the resort and features a cascading waterfall, pools, a lava tube waterslide, rock grottos, spas and a spectacular saltwater lagoon where resort guests can swim and snorkel with an array of tropical fish. Alongside the pool area is a private marina. The hotel also features a 24-hour fitness center and two night-lit tennis courts. On the third floor there is a children’s playground, and a games room with a pinball machine, video games and a table soccer game. The resort also provides a children’s club with supervised activities during school holiday periods and babysitting services on request.
