Tv unable to get HD channels, this day & age that’s ridiculous, unable to access half free to air channels. Daughter visited for dinner only 2 chairs around table visitors sat on floor

Royal Woods was a perfect spot if you want to slightly further away from the busy tourist strip. Very clean with full cooking facilities suited our needs really well to relax for a few days whilst travelling up north.

the unit was old, tired and contained cockroaches. pool was not heated.. the sign put the front was broken.. we had to ring to get into the place. the stairs were extremly sliçpery in the wet.. stay away ...

Loved everything but woke up itchy the next morning. Not sure, but husband said he was fine. I fell asleep on the couch on our second and last night anyway, so couldn't say it was definitely the bed.

The resort is lovely, old but nice. Checkin took way to long but got there in the end. 1 bedroom spa room with balcony. On arrival no balcony, ground floor. Had washing machine and dryer in garage but no power to them, and couldn’t find the fuse box. Black ants going up the wall and into the ceiling. Spa in ensuite lovely but no exhaust fan. Breakfast was left in room- a lovely touch. This resort would be an ideal meeting place for large families to holiday and catch up. Massive pools, lap pool, proper steam room amazing. Young children’s pool aswell

he pictures shown on the site are not current and the furniture is looking dated. The gated community is good for security and children and the units are more holiday home style with an adjoining door to turn a 1 bedroom into a larger house basically with 2 entrances. Needs a freshen up on paint etc to make it more appealing. Not really suited to an overnight stay that I did, but more family orientated with a mix of rentals and permanent residents. Never got to the pools or amenities so cannot comment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the cleanliness, super comfy bed and having a garage. Somewhat disappointed both pools were closed :( Liked that you offered us free cancellation but we’d already unpacked. When checking in I was advised I had been given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom villa, I originally booked a single room. I was advised though if I was to use the 2nd room I would be charged....free upgrade? Don't think so.

I really like the spacious layout and the cleaniness of the rooms. The kitchen was great for my little gathering for the family. Slept really well as it was so quiet and had peaceful surroundings. Only thing was the garden area and outside areas need attention.

First impressions four star. After settling into the villa, we discovered no exhaust fan in kitchen or bathroom, rooms were dark and the lighting inadequate. Indoor pool too cold and spa not much better. Wi fi hard to connect and slow. Location was good and area quiet. Value for money was passible. Staff excellent.

Happy with our stay. The property is secure, although our buzzer never worked properly, so getting into the property gates was a trail. The rooms look like mini villas which is nice. Lots of plants and greenery around adds to the peaceful relaxed feel of the property. The staff are pleasent and attentive. I didnt use any facilities so cannot comment. The room is spacious and well laid out. The beds are firm and the pillows even more so. They do have a pillow menu so i cant complain about my hesitation to get the hard pillow replaced. The decor isnt royal, It is like that on a cruise ship, it has a regal feel, but the finishes are cheap and dated. The toiletires were there, though i didnt need them. The bathroom was also very spacious. The shower was Large, but the head was small. There is a large Fridge/freezer, microwave, griller and hot plates. You could easily do some home cooking. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the garage. The garage is a double, and belongs to just those in your Unit. The negetive of the property is purely that this property and our room was pitched to be royal and it just not. The lounges were so used and hard. The carpet was stained and rough. The tiles were cracked and the grout all stained. Redundant soap holder and random screw holes in the walls. Cabinetry is cheap. Its more like your standrard chain motel interior, but in a larger room. If it was marketed as this instead of royal, i would be more satifisfied.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the place was tired with numerous small repairs needed to our property. The heated pool had lots of undissolved salt in it, making the floor gritty. Tiles in the heated pool had some rust stains and needed repairs. No tv in the master suite. We enjoyed the stay.
