Great location and area. Hotel was nice and clean, we didn't use the pool but it seemed nice. Breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean and comfy. Parking was easy and smooth. Not walkable to beach but very short distance by car

Easy access to reception, staff were welcoming and efficient, explained parking, access, breakfast etc. Buffet breakfast was included and it was lovely. Not a huge range but everything was fresh and tasty. Included an automatic pancake maker and they were yum. Coffee machine broken but staff made us fresh barista coffee which was great. No butter but other options.

My stay was very good. Staff were kind and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. Had a few issues wirh the lock on my door, and the food was ok from the attached resturant. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay

We loved the bed , so comfortable !! Checkin was good . Brekky was okay . Pool was so warm , it was like a big bath tub 😉 . Thankyou for the pool towels . We had a great stay .

Well deserved getaway with hubby
Overall was a good stay a few cons with our experience: - Our King bed was 2 King single beds zipped up together which was very uncomfortable and no locks on the wheels for bed when you would sit on bed it moves - Young foreign staff at the bistro was quite rude and not very welcoming when we went to eat, she didnt know the area when asking for recommendations to eat stating she doesnt know and to google it Other then that we enjoyed our stay and was able to check in early and check out late and got 2 free beverage vouchers as a VIP Gold member not to mention the hot buffet breakfast every morning variety was amazing and delicious just customer service needs attending

No Pressure
When we checked in - the person checking us in didn’t give us much information and I had to prompt about parking, the location of the room and the included breakfast. The room was wonderful! My 9 year old took the single closest to the door and almost broke his toe on the door stop that is just randomly bulging out of the floor (not on the wall or the back of the door?!) We went and enjoyed the pool area (careful not to step on any chicken bones that were left on the Astro turf. We then went to have a shower - zero pressure and two settings only - boiling hot or cold and the changes took quite a while to take place which isn’t very good with a 6 yo and 9 yo. The pressure was non existent - describe it as a light drizzle. To get pressure to wash long female hair - pool the water in cupped hands and throw it into the hair at the top and work your way down. I get that no water pressure is saving water but really does it when you have to have a 40 minute shower just to wash yourself and rinse properly??? Defeats the purpose really. Then upon check out the shower had a slow leak and wouldn’t shut off with the taps off. My son also found a Le snack under his bed which we didn’t take these so was left over from people before - this worries me then about the cleanliness of the room. Security deposit a little pricey at $200. Love that they can take money from account straight away but it’s 3-5 business days to clear back into the account…

There was a function on downstairs our room being one for a disabled person (102). You could here the party until late. If their is a fuction on i suggest not to rent this room out. Also when our room was serviced by cleaners they did not clean toilet and bathroom sink or shower. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinners was really good and valie for money. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay, wish I could have stayed longer. Parking is very accessible and plenty of it, the rooms are spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. A very restful stay. Great food options nearby.
