location is just perfect, we had a room on top floor, renovated, very nice, a superb ocean view with balcony. no internet access in the room, which was a problem for us, but they said it will come soon....rooms have just been redone, that's why.

“Centre of Surfers Paradise”

Awesome location. Supermarket and shopping mall under the hotel, and two bottle shops across the road. 2 minutes to the beach. The room had a kettle, large selection of tea and coffee, and real milk in the fridge. NIce. Bathroom had small tubes of shampoo, conditioner, body scrab cream, and body lotion. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got 30th floor room and drink in the room watching sunset was great.

“Amazing stay at HGC”

Amazing! We had a great Easter weekend at the HGC. The location is perfect, we loved being able to just walk downstairs to Cavil Ave. The staff (both at reception & conceirge) are friendly and made us feel comfortable & welcome.

Arrived in the check-in area, process was smooth, got my key and stayed at level 22, nice view, room was clean, the hotel is central to everything, close to beach, shops, etc. Definitely will stay here again.
