Very disappointed with our stay at Barronett apartments beautiful ocean view but very dirty 2 bedroom apartment balcony doors not clean properly can see smudges AlI over doors have a infant who is crawling and jumpsuit was filthy black from floor that suppose to be vacuum and mopped before each guest arrives Feel reception should advise you of facilities was unaware of tennis courts has they are hidden around the side and rackets and balls available to use but not told we’re to borrow from and also 2 days of staying there they we’re resealing pool which we could not use for 2 days of our stay Has we were there we received to notifications of noise complaint which we weren’t making noise has they were also aware we had a infant in the apartment also which they can’t expect to always be quiet hard when you have permenant residents when your on vaccation Overall would not recommend this apartment for family’s

Ample, clean and within walking distance of food and shops. Check in was efficient and without any hassles, reception person was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Love this place! I was in the 8th floor with an amazing view of the ocean . It was so beautiful to wake up to . The young man at the front desk was helpful and sweet. I’ll definitely come back .

Having used the Gold Coast as my getaway place for years, Baronnet has hands down won me over for life. Its a bit older but the most comfortable apartment for my partner & I.

Great view, large apartment,so close to the beach. Only 2 towels provided and no facecloths supplied or beach towels ( unless you paid extra at reception but the office was closed for the first two days even during Office Open Hours.) We couldn't get a WIFI logon for our room and ended up peggybacking off a nearby room but it kept dropping off, so almost 5 days without internet only Wifi.

Staff were friendly and location was close to the beach however the overall experience was extremely disappointing. 2nd day we had no power for the entire day and most of the night, we had to throw out the groceries we had purchased, no compensation given, Water leaking from the dishwasher flooded the kitchen, after being told it had been fixed it did it again the following day but much worse. Still had not been rectified before leaving. Dead cockroaches on the floor, a horrible smell coming from the drains. A tablet left on the floor of kids bedroom, from previous guests. The pictures advertising the accommodation were nothing like the actual room itself. Overall extremely dissatisfied would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

It was a cosy apartment. The view to the ocean was blissful. There seemed to be lot of ants appearing in the mornings on the balcony however will disappear.

Late check in worked well. Apartment very close to tram stop and we’ll positioned for shopping and restaurants. Room 1102, lovely ocean view but very tired, thinking other rooms may have been renovated more recently. Reception staff not over friendly. You can’t leave your bags there if you have a later flight than check out. Very friendly permanent residents with great local knowledge. Overall a good stay.

Water overflowed from shower and also leaked from washing machine. There were ants in the bathroom. No dishwasher tsblets. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired in cupboards etc. Apartment was spacious but needs upgrading.

Great renovated apartment
Level 9 renovated apartment with fantastic views to the beach. Apartment was beautifully furnished and suited our needs perfectly. Had everything you need, comfortable bed and a lovely balcony to sit with the afternoon drink.

Close enough to cavil and shops to walk with kids. Good parking on site included Nice pool and spa area with bbqs Room we stayed in could do with a bit of updating in the kitchen and a good clean under beds,lounges inside cupboards but overall good for the money. Would recommend Would stay again

The property was excellent but they need to have a service where you can refresh your towels even at a cost. I don't come on holiday expecting to have to wash my towels.

Proximity to beach and easy walk to dining and shops. Good eating at the surf club just down the road. Nice gardens and pool. Easy car parking. Building is getting tired for its age and many items in the apartment need replacing e.g. handles on vanity and soap dish in shower rusty.

Great position. Easy walk to town centre and great ocean views. Great size balcony. Unit styled very nicely however bathroom fittings should be updated as most are pitted and aged. Very happy overall.

Renovated apartment, bright and spacious with a large balcony. About a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 - 15 minute walk to Caval avenue. There is a pool and hot tub.

Property was good although shower in ensuite needs fixing, as won’t stay up. Clearer instructions for check out is required if out of hours. But nice property and great location.

Great sized 2 bedroom apartments with plenty of living space which made for a comfortable stay. Kitchen cooking ammenities could be better but we were able to make do throughout our 12 nights. Great space for families travelling together.

Good: Ocean views from higher apartments, near patrolled surf beach (200-400 meters?) , plenty of space, own kitchen. two bathrooms, washing machine, clean, near main beach and restaurants (1000 meters?). Ideal beach location at Baronnet Apartments
Loved our ocean view room at Baronnet Apartments. So relaxing and easy walk to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Staff were friendly and obliging.

We didn't have TV all weekend. We didn't have heating the first night. We didn't have a pool or spa all the time we were their. Powdered soap poured out all over the floor of the extra blanket when we used it. Light was out in the laundry area for the first night. Who said this room was ready to be given out to a guest???? Room was very nice but not ready for guests and no help all weekend. Pretty poor.

Lovely ocean view with parking included. The apartments are a bit old and tired and could do with refurbishment. The fridge in our apartment was making more noise than a rocket firing. We rang reception and Chris the Manager came promptly and moved us to another apartment. FYI the bathroom has very limited linen and no tissues etc.

Was very spacious and light. The view was awesome. Found a toothpick in the bed and a squashed bug on the mirror. Cleaners need to be more thorough. Overall good.
