We had booked a night away with family in one of their two-bedroom apartments, expecting one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Upon arrival we learned that they had placed in a different room, with two queen beds. Instead of giving us the room we booked, we were given a single bed squeezed in next to the queen bed in the master suite as a solution. We also discovered that the freezer seal was broken, resulting in the freezer drawer being frozen shut. We had to hack at the ice to break it away to get into the freezer, after which it began leaking all over the floor. Their solution was to masking tape the freezer door shut. The washing machine was also so mouldy, it smelled to high-heaven and was unusable. As was the drier. The clothes airer was broken and there were paint chips and marks on the walls, and paintings that were once hung were sat on the floor in the living room. There weren't many toiletries available in the bathroom other than soap and shower gel, and there was no dishcloth available to use in the kitchen. What was available was thrown into the cupboard randomly and in a mess. The kitchen utensils and crockery was dirty and also strewn around the kitchen in random places. This apartment was lovely, but not set up as a holiday rental at all. Luckily we made do for just one night, but if we rented this for a week we'd have asked for our money back. I don't recommend booking here.
