“Managers were top notch”
We booked a one room suite here and were very pleased with it. The location is very convenient, one block to the shopping mall but far enough away that we weren't right in the middle of everything. The managers were top notch - extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Excellent Location and Friendly Helpful Managers”
This hotel is n a fantastic location, 3 mins from the beach, adjacent to the bus stop to Surfers Paradise, and close to Broadbeach restaurants and shopping. If I stayed there again, I will ask for an apartment on one of the upper floors as we were on the first level which dod not get much sun on the balcony. Overall this Hotel is very highly recommended, especially when you consider the price
“Close to everything”
The location is superb. Close to shops, a few stroll to the beach and the bus stop to all theme park just a few steps. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The manager is very nice and helpful. I booked one bedroom apartment and it has fully kitchen. Good for family with kids. There is a sofa bed in the apartment. Very recommended.

Facilities excellent, furniture not entirely comfortable BUT superb location. Would definately recommend this hotel.
“Great Location!!”
The one bedroom apartment was a little small for my liking, having a family of four. If you plan on just sleeping there and going out most of the time then it is okay. The apartment was clean and tidy and the manager was quite pleasant and helpful. The location was great being close to all the restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach. Simple and pleasant.
“Very satisfied”
I was there with my husband and 3 year old daughter and we thought the hotel was great for the money we paid. Close to shops and the beach it is in a very convenient spot. The service was great, when I couldn't get my internet to work they offered me their office computer so that I could check my work emails. Pool area is nice and clean also. Would definitely go back there with my family again.

“Baligirl”
Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Location was superb, cleanliness and appearance of grounds was excellent. Our unit was comfortable and had adequate amenities, though it was noted that there was no hair dryer in unit however I am sure if we had really needed one the Mgrs would have been helpful. The pool area was very clean and well maintained however water was quite cold. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again for the fact that there was no lift. This was a bit onerous coming and going and lugging our luggage in and out.

Fantastic location in Broadbeach, so close to beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment a little dated but clean and had everything we needed.
“A great stay”
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Broadbeach area. It is close to the shopping centre Pacific Fair, the casino and bars & restaurants. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The 3 bedroom apartment we had was extremely spacious and was perfect for the 7 of us. Each of the 3 rooms were very private and not near each other. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. I would book this hotel again.
