On arrival I was greeted nicely and was offered juice they took care of my baggage’s. Unfortunately it took some time for check in Breakfast. And lunch are superb. Well maintained property and amenities Easy access to beach is a big plus

The bed was uncomfortable the pillows so firm you couldn’t move and the room very basic. The shower for the toilet leaked all over the floor and it all could benefit from a deep clean.

Location near the sea beach is the only attractive point for this hotel. Staff are nice people also. Welcome drink horrible. Toilet set up is bad. No exhaust fan and no tissue roll fixing bracket. Food quality very bad. Served rotten veg curry once in dinner. Fruits are not cleaned properly in breakfast and lot of flies in open air breakfast dishes.

We picked this property for its location near the beach. We loved the ocean view we had. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast, other meals were delicious, but the wait time was long. The nearby beach was beautiful, loved walking along the beach in the mornings and evenings. Pool was nice, grounds well kept. Town was about a 10 min walk away, with great shops and restaurants.

The first thing I was told at check in was that the pool was under maintenance ! Completely empty in high season. There us no private beach just a gate to the public one! Feel mislead and taken plus overcharged for things promised but not delivered!!!

Even they dont have cold drinking water and also they dont provide ice. If u want you has to pay 160 rs for that.even the service is also very very poor. They dont mind ur any request. Close to the beach and clean.
Reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Only redeeming feature is the location. Poor breakfast quality and choices. No attempt made to allow us to eat outside. No shade provided around the pool. Everything tired and in need of some money being spent. The only redeeming feature is the location and beautiful Colva beach. Come on Longuinhos you can do better than this. When we stayed with you 24 yrs ago the service, appearance and quality was so much better. Very disappointing return trip.

Lovely resort..clean smashing gardens ,Good breakfast..private powder white sand beach only yards away,many restaurants & shops on colva beach road.rooms good size with balcony,large swimming pool for adults & children..will definitely reommend .The only negative point is they start serving dinner at 7.30..xx

Worst Experience Ever
This resort is the most pathetic place you can ever want to stay. The hotel staff is so unprofessional and freshers. Couldnt even provide mineral water at midnight. No room service after 11pm imagine that. Food is very very sad as they use the same oil to fry vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. After complaints and rigours questioning No one could justify me the reason for vegetarian food smelling like rotten fish. The hotel manager has no rights what so ever and also she was just a couple of years in the business. I booked my stay via Expedia and the images didnt show any fisherman houses outside the property. Plus they say to have a private access to beach but considering that the beach is surrounded by fisherman stacks and tents and they have ruined the beach.. Its so dirty that you wont feel like walking on the beach. The room was good and view was okay. But due to other unpleast attrocious behaviour from the management. I will never visit this property and also never recommend any one else..

locationwise good. however, there was no mini fridge in the room, we could not drink cold water or even preserve any food/fruit we bought because of this. the bathroom had no sliding door between the shower and toilet, so whenever the shower was use, the whole flooring got wet and messy. I think we were given a very low rated room because of the discount given. The breakfast on the second day was totally south indian, i.e. idlis, vadas, sambar with the exception of fruit and juice and choice of eggs. Why? because there was a group of south indians who had checked in the day before. Are we non south indians also to eat this?

Stayed in luxury room with sea view for 2 nights in 2nd week of April. -The luxury rooms are located on ground floor, so the garden , the fencing and the tress block your view of the sea. The rooms on 1st floor should have a better view -zero privacy if you keep the curtains open - no bath towels provided. Received pool towels instead after a few reminders.No mats in room or bath, you will end up messing your floor and beds. It's a beach resort and both things are a must have!! -The reception staff was rude and encouraged us to write a bad review coz they don't care. Good for them! - Decent breakfast. - A bit expensive compared to the price vs service vs location. There are better options available in Goa at this price, better view/service/food etc (Even 4/5 star ones during off season ).

A pleasant stay, nice pool, friendly and helpfull staff. comfortable room and bed. good views of the nearby beach and sea , areas just outside of hotel not so clean and tidy as home to the local street sellers, but that's not hotels fault or responsibility.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was our 3 year anniversary and we came to Colva to celebrate. The room was dirty. The Hotel is not well maintained. The beach outside the hotel is dirty and there was a bad smell outside our room.

Decent stay close to beach
Overall a decent hotel very close to beach. Rooms are good especially sea facing ground floor rooms. Very good restaurant with good buffet breakfast. Could have been better if there is more coordination between the reception and maintenance. Worth staying if you don't mind minor issues.

Great, GREAT HOSPITALITY!
Their hospitality is one thing that made our stay the best stay ever in Goa! Not just that, its awesome location, great ambiance, lots of options to chill around, and the lip-smacking foooooood served by the extremely sweet and courteous Mahender, Frankie, Steven and others made it a delightful experience for us. Sylvester and Santana were equally helpful.. Overall, an exhilarating experience!

i checked into the hotel in the evening. the check in was smooth. morning breakfast was terrible. no taste at all and the menu for the breakfast was also not good. the room was not cleaned just because we had not kept the room keys. the reason being there was no one on the reception. on enquiry we came to know that the receptionists are not available in the morning at 8.30 am. the cups which we used were lying in the balcony till we checked out. there was only one person on the reception. we needed to check out early in the morning. but there was only a bell boy and no one at the counter. only location of the hotel is the plus point. closest to the beach. but if you take the sea facing delux or luxury room, your privacy is not maintained as the garden will be used for tracepassing or some functions arranged in the hotel.

Clean and ample of privacy
The hotel is clean if you want to take younger kids. I took my 3 year old daugther.. since its on the beach, its very exciting for kids. You get your privacy on the beach as well... staff are helpful.. on the negative side, the staff is not too flexible with the meal timings in case you travel by odd afternoon flights.. The meals are better in house than going out.. you can take a drive to Martins Corner if you plan to stay at Colva.. I also hired a car to visit the Spice garden for an elephant bath..bit expensive but worth the trouble..

The hotel to our first glance was entirely different than it was in the pictures. It is vey cpose to the beach, but this b3avh unlike, calangute or baga or varca is not clean. It ismain place for fishing, so its full of smell. Secondly, there is a lot of unhygene on this beach. The staff in the day time is very accomodating, but to our surprise, there is no night staff. Power goes, and u need to search some one in the night to put it on. Pathetic, I have travelled a lot, but mot seen such a hotel. The breakfast is good. Good biew from the rooms and the restaurant.

The worst experience on any of my holidays
Booked the hotel through Expedia.com and when i called after arriving GOA to find the way. the hotel staff without even a regret told that the booking is not available. Because of the Independence holiday and the weekend rush the hotel guys preferred in giving my booking to another group who paid them few thousand rupees extra. i was stranded with my 2 small kids and one of my friend helped me in finding another accomodation.

Decent rooms with a marvelous sea view, coconut trees and fishing boats around. 50mt is what you walk to touch the ocean. The restaurant as well needs a special mention bcoz the cooking was amazing.. be it a fish,lobster or veg..yum! Rooms are tidy but internally might need some overhaul...a little outdated may be for the price one pays.

This is excellent resort, very good service, rooms are clean, specious. 5 mins walk from Colva beach, it's on sea shore. however, when I reached resort experienced smell as nearby fishing boats were parked, winds flow was from ocean, fishing boats ....towards resort.

Hospitality management needs improvement
Would like to share the experience of hotel. After 10 PM we were unable to buy Mineral water from the Hotel. We were informed that store/ restraurant is closed. We could not believe that a Hotel is replying its guest that water is not available after 10 PM. Another incident was that one of our rooms key was missing and we requested for a duplicate key at the reception. To our surprise the staff informed us that duplicate / masterkey is not available and they need to approach duplicate key maker. Further food quality was also substandard compared to local restraurants in near by location of Colva beach. Overall feedback the staff needs training in hospitality management and restraurant needs better chef.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in at Goa I have been going for the past 10 years and decided I would go for a hotel a little bit more up market as a special treat for our anniversary, how wrong could I have been the guest houses and hotels that I have stayed in are cleaner, cheaper and staff are a lot more friendly. When you complained to the management about your room and the condition they just ignore you and start to treat you like leapers and I am certain that they deliberately did things to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. The hotel mainly had Russian guests staying and I don't think it should be advertised as suitable for people from the uk. It is definitely not worth the money. Decent clean rooms, pleasant pool area, a little walk down backstreet back onto town, but backs onto the beach. Overall good for the area. Rooms lacked a safe and a refrigerator which would have been standard in others. Service was painfully slow, even to get towels when housekeeping did not come, but staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. WIFI service did not reach the rooms in usable strength, many guests congregates in the lobby to get usable service. Almost total lack of power outlets, one Indian style (not international like many other hotels these days) bedside, and just one other in the room for the TV wish you had to unplug if you wanted to make coffee. (Stayed for 3 nights in March 2013)
