mal entretenu
Un hotel qui a de belles chambres mais le ménage est très mal fait et le personnel (gentil quand même) laisse les choses se dégrader à vive allure: douches bouchées, blattes en promenade et tâches persistantes sur un sol facile à nettoyer. Obligé de prendre un taxi pour tout faire (demander Mr Sourya charmant, interessant et bon conducteur).

A 4* HOTEL IN NERUL.GOA.
Not so good experience. On arrival, we were told that there was no reservation for us. After some time, the lady said there was a room for us. Absolutely ridiculous. The property as per my opinion cannot be justified as a 5*. Service and staff were not well trained, there were no toilet paper and hand towels in our rooms. Everyday we had to ask for. Breakfast was decent. Location is not good at all. This hotel is good for only guests coming for casino and stay in the hotel. Disappointing. Would not stay again. Only the room rates are low, but not worth it.

There was a lot of rush in the hotel which the management was unable to manage. The breakfast tables were over crowded and the same was communicated to the hotel also

This definately cannot be rated above 3star. The staff is very unprofessional. Front desk too inefficient. The dining area is too small for even breakfast. One has to wait for several minutes. Food preperation is very good. Rooms are spacious.

It was amazing experience rooms were all well cleaned and neatly maintained with deciplined room services but A/C looks little old should be changed.

Decent place, good food but very far from Airport.
Stay Was good but the rooms were much smaller even though we had chosen Deluxe Suite.. The room pics don't provide a clear picture of their size.

Pleasant Stay, Good hotel
Stay was very comfortable. room service, hotel service everything was perfect. The only sad incident took place before checking out when i got a call from the reception, I don't know from whom, but I got spoken to pretty badly.

Nice Hotel
This is the third time in booked this hotel in a years time. I am very happy with the facilities they have. It's a value for money hotel. The hotel staff were courteous enough to upgrade my room.

I was having a free breakfast but they didnt agree and didnt allow me to have the breakfast without any charges.other then is was a bath tub included in the iteniery but there was not bath tub.

Poor restaurant food, unprofessional staff. I had to wait for 35 minutes for a pickup even after prior intimation to the hotel.

Wonderful Hotel
Extremely accommodating staff. Let us check in early a few hours early and extended our check out time by a few hours without any fuss. Luxurious rooms. Definitely going back again
