We've never stayed in a smaller room with less chairs, lights, or other amenities. It was a box with little to no space.

This was not a hotel. But, a motel with an elevator. If you have arthritis, depending on where your room is, you will have a few stairs.Those could be a little difficult to navigate with luggage. The beds were hard as rocks. I stayed two nights and did not sleep very well. The water pressure for the shower was barely above a drip. The shower head had a few different settings. I tried them all and the water pressure was awful. I've stayed in Best Westerns in many different cities while traveling. Most are really good. This was the worst. I will never stay here again. I noticed a new Holiday Inn Express a little further down or there is also Apache Gold Resort and Casino.

Morning breakfast was especially delightful. Mark is was amazing!! Great customer service skills. We were so glad we didn’t go next door for breakfast. Salsa was really good. Everything homemade. Such a treat. Mark ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

No frills but was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. This is essentially a motel with doors opening to the outside so take that into consideration. Thin interior walls made for noisy neighbors.

The hotel was new and modern, everything about it was first rate. The beds were excellent. The rooms were clean and very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

The check in was pleasant, and efficient. This hotel has 2 floors stairs only, front desk was very accommodating placing us on the ground floor. Rooms and bathroom is very clean. Bed is comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, quite for sleeping, clean, staff nice, offered to change rooms when unable to take bath due to no plug for tub, king room had small couch & table, had desk as well, Denny's right there for food, easy access for hwy as well. We were happy with our short stay here at the Copper Hills Best Western. Thank you.

The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was nice. The shower was amazing. The only complaint was the toilet would not stop running after flushing. I had to take the lid off and push the rubber seal down with my finger - tapping the handle did not solve the issue. - Room 204

It was easy to find. Plenty of parking. Gated parking too. The restaurant across the street sounded fun. There was a bit of traffic noise, but not too bad.

Staff seemed nice overall. The lady in the Breakfast Kitchen area (Linda?) was very sweet and helpful. Room was nice and clean. The property isn’t really next to anything except a Denny’s. If you want to get to downtown Globe, you probably should have a car, unless walking a distance is normal for you.

I had a clean comfortable. Room. However upon checking in. I was told there would be a made to order breakfast. The breakfast was premade but you could order what you wanted. So the eggs were fake and tasted terrible. The sausage was a premade patty and had too much sidium in it. The english muffin was cold and dried up

Woke up the next morning and was covered in bed bug bites. Found four bed bugs on the mattress. Staff said to complain to Expedia or hotels.com since it was a third party reservation. I expect full refund from this stay

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I drove here in an electric car and the city of Globe does not have any super charging station, but they went out of their way to come up with a solution to charge my vehicle. I brought my cord from home and plugged into a 110 outlet outside of one of the buildings.
