"When we first checked into the Pasadena Hotel & Pool, we found that our room had just had the carpet cleaned and it was still very wet. A seemingly bad way to start a trip. However, we talked to the manager, who moved us to a different and larger room. Two days later, when our daughter came to join us, the hotel moved us back to our original room because it had two beds. The managers and staff were amazingly helpful. There is nothing like great service! We also appreciated the easy access to the self-parking garage and the location cannot be beat. "
