Staff are friendly, nice quiet location, easy walk from the station, heaps of choices for meals close by.

Airconditioning was faulty and leaked all night I wasn't able to turn it off due to a heatwave and I will told I couldn't be moved because the hotel was full.. Housekeeping did come to give me new towels because I had used mine to mop up the water. I noticed a lot of bugs in the room also. I wouldn't stay here again and no offer of a reduced rate for the room which I found disappointing.

Have stayed here on mutiple occasions before and found to be acceptable but on this occasion was not good. Was supposedly upgraded to a spa room. No table or chairs to have an in room meal, breakfast etc. TV did not work, the fridge was very loud when running, constant droning noise from the aircon outdoor units located on the roof above, noise can be be heard from the tin roof whenever it rains. All these making difficult to sleep at night.

The stay was overnight only and served the purpose quite well. We were notified of a power outage before we checked in and had the opportunity to book elsewhere but we stayed there anyway. Power was restored a few hours later so not too much inconvenience.

Not sure where you all stayed..
Not sure what kind of rating system would give this place 4 stars, I stayed in room 112 and the weather stripping on the door was non-existent. I had a breeze blowing through the unit making it quite cold, plus I could hear every car in the parking lot and any person playing music or having a conversation clearly through the closed and locked door. The walls and doors had stains and obvious wear and tear. I would have been happy if this was a hotel room above a bar, but not for a supposed four star accommodation. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

when my colleague and i arrived the receptionist billed my vredit card for both rooms even though it was requested that we could pay individually. then she couldnt credit the overcharge to my account. she said she would do it later - which she did but she did not credit the whole amount originally charged. it was only a few dollars but still an overchage to me because fo her mistake.

Overnight stay for a hospital visit. We did request early entry which was provided to us and appreciated However the cleanliness of the bathroom was one of the worst I’ve seen in a hotel. Lots of hair everywhere and dirt marks every.The bathroom was very old and had lots of damage. The room was okay and clean with reasonably comfortable bed. Quite noisy and smokers grouped together outside our door for the smoking area which allowed smoke to waft into our room through big gap.

Overall, the place was reasonable. Bathroom/Toilet very clean. No mould. Bed sheets very clean. Queen bed was comfortable. The room is slightly outdated but not the priority. The carpet is overdue for replacement. Wro g type of carpet. Im asthmstic and it bothered me. Staff were super friendly.

Easy access to city and kids enjoyed the jet bath, but the accommodation is out-dated, Family room had no toaster, no face washers, no conditioner, no cloths,tea-towels or detergent to wash dishes. kettle was a two cup capacity. Insufficient bed/ding, towels etc when we had booked for a family of 5

We had a twin room, and the mattresses were tired and the bedding was inadequate and the room was made up poorly each day. A bit disappointing.

Unit was nice , had a kitchenette with oven fridge and kettle but nothing else nothing to cook in or with no plates glasses cutlery. Only 1 tiny bin for a family of 5 if you get a room with a kitchenette you expect to be able to cook in it .
