“Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverly”

Modern hotel, nice and polite staff. Well located, walk distance to train station, restaurants and big mall. Rooms are a bit small but ok, with all you need: mini-fridge, iron, hair dryer and flat TV. AC works well. Bed is comfortable and has good selection of pillows. Closet is tiny and dark. When I arrived the electric coffee pot was filthy (had some kind of residuals???) complained and in less than 10 minutes I had another one, 20 minutes later I received a phone call from the reception asking if I was please with the change. They handle my complaint in a very fast and professional way. Free WiFi works well (just 15 minutes at the reception). But expensive if you need to pay for it.

“Great Location for Shoppers”

We went for a holiday but this hotel will best suit for business accormodation, however we had a comfortoble stay.Car parking caharges are very high AU$15 per night, if you are staying over 5 nights better to look for a hotel with free or lower parking charges. Thanks Shankar
