My room was extremely dirty ! I had hair all over in the bathroom, dirt and something sticky all over the floor in the main sleeping area. My clean towels had hair and something that looked like weeds , most likely had been outside. The walls were very thin !

Pretty basic, but clean and bright. Not bad or anything, but simply a standard roadside travel hotel. Bit noisy with banging hotel rooms early in the morning. Staff were great though, friendly and helpful.

It was definitely worth the price. Liked that the room was very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. I don't believe there was an elevator which would be an obstacle for elderly or disabled. Our TV had no signal but we didnt discover that until really late at night so it was too late to address the issue.

When I booking a hotel, I check the ranking and opinions of other customers and I don't know how this hotel achieved the "very good" status, because the hotel was generally dirty. First of all, the sheets on the bed were dirty, which I reported and I was given another room, but in both rooms the shelves in the refrigerators were rusty, and the floor was dirty.

Got in a little late and the room that we had reserved was already gone. We were put in a room with a single bed instead so we had a place to stay but no attempt to rectify the issue of not getting what had already been paid for. Staff wasnt the most welcoming group I've dealt with. Room was acceptable otherwise.

We liked that the beds were clean and comfortable and decor was nice. The rooms have been recently remodeled. Unfortunately, the cleanliness everywhere else was lacking. The sink in the bathroom was not properly cleaned and there was dog food on the floor next to the trash can (not ours).

No soap of any kind. I had to ask the front office for some and was given individual bars. Hotel is adjacent to truck gas station therefore noisy. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast is very basic (bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, etc.)

Clean facility friendly staff. We were on the first floor and the noise from the room above was annoying early in the morning. Nothing much around for restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was minimal.

It is okay in a pinch.
The individual at the front desk was very nice. The big disappointment was that there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor. Bad knees, fwwt and stairs are not a good combination. The rooms had been recently painted but the smell was overpowering and gave me a headache. The bedding was also new but the pillows were thin and not comfortable. The bed was hard. We choose this location based on its large parking area as we were pulling a trailer. If you need a quick spot to sleep for a few hours its okay. We did notice long black hairs on pillows and bathroom. Hope it was housekeeping staff.

TV did not work in 2 rooms. Toilet plugged and we had to move to a second room. Maintenance staff was not available and we were offered a plunger that did not solve the problem. We had booked a suite, but it turned out to be on the third floor and there was no elevator. The included breakfast was the worst ever. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Considering the age of the hotel itself, it has been taken good care of. The staff was terrific; offering to help us take our luggage up to the second floor since there was no elevator. If we were in this area and needed to settle down for the night, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Obvious renovations were going on.which is generally a good thing, but our room was in the middle of those renovations, and the strong odor of very fresh paint and wet caulking, and the incomplete bathroom plumbing job was obnoxious. It looked like we had been given a room that was a work in progress, and would be finished after the weekend. The front desk staff was uninterested in our presence and barely acknowledged us. However, this is the only quiet motel in Gila Bend that doesn't have a busy train track running through it's property
