The property and staff are wonderful. I reserved a handicapped accessible room. I was surprised to find out that the bathroom did not have a shower seat. I asked if a shower bench or chair was available and was told the hotel does not have these. All the rooms that had the roll in showers were taken. I guess I learned I need to contact the hotel directly and avoid reserving online.

Two night stay
Very clean and conveniently located to amenities. I wish Hotels.com would have informed me of the extra fee for my dog, but that is not on the hotel. My furry friend was most welcome and enjoyed all the attention.

Great property…. But I had my dogs and they charged 75 a dog…. Not just a pet fee …. Just to be aware of that!

Great location! Easy to get to the Gettysburg Battlefield. Plenty of parking and nice lobby. Room was good but I don’t think we had queen beds as promised. It was clean and nicely appointed The did have a small bar which is a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Great spot from out of the city
This hotel was great. The pool looked dirty, but the hot tub was amazing. Breakfast is good, but get there early for a seat. You're only 10 minutes away from the city.

The property was extremely clean, guiet and located only a few miles from all the action. Definitely recommend using the digital key and Hilton app to check in and out. The only trouble that we had during our stay was finding a good breakfast spot and getting an Uber/Lyft ride back from town after having a few beers in town. We’ve decided next time to buy muffins or bagels from the Giant behind the hotel for breakfast, we tried the hotel breakfast and it was so so, the other restaurants in town were overpriced and always crowded. Best place to eat during our stay was right down the road from the hotel- La Bella Italia was awesome ( I never recommend Italian food).

I have been coming here for years, and it’s always pretty clean, the staff is fine, and it’s in a safe area. While I don’t necessarily feel anything needs to be changed, the property could use a “refresh”: mostly paint and paper, new carpet in the halls and rooms, that sort of thing. I would still definitely recommend the hotel, but I know it gets used hard, and I hope they would refresh things before it actually gets shabby.

From a man who has lived from hotel to hotel for nearly 20 years, this is among the better of them. Staff was extremely accommodating/friendly. Room and bathroom (low water pressure) were extremely spacious a relatively up to date.
