Pros: Location
Cons: More room in the breakfast area.
Location: Excellent location, close to everything.
Good experience at a hotel with a great location. Only drawback was the lack of room in the breakfast area in the mornings.

the hotel staff was very nice and they offered a good breakfast. The hotel is located close to battlefield and located within walking distance to other museums.

Pros: The breakfast w/ great & the size of the suite was so nice for what we needed. Been to several hotels but never had a pillow so comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom had an odd odor, like it was wet. Especially in the summer maybe a fresher cleaner would be suggested.
Location: We found location to be great. No too busy so that things were in your face...but quiet enough to get rest. (Possible ghostly visitor)
Hotel Staff was really accommodating & pleasant to deal with...they understood that you were on vacation and in need of a break. They also understood their area, which was great for someone not too familiar w the area.

We were in Gettysburg for only one night and this was a perfect location to stay and get a great look at the battlefield locations. Very comfortable stay.

Pool is tiny! Pull out sofa bed is torture device.

The staff was kind. The breakfast was good. The pool was tiny and the pool room echoed so badly that my ears hurt. The pool was cloudy too. (Not sure what that meant.) The pull out sofa mattress was horrible. The whole experience was not much better than a Motel 6 or Howard Johnsons. Go somewhere else.

Only complaint is breakfast wasn't the best and doesn't change. We were there for 4 nights and good location, could be walking distance. Pool is also very small and cold !!!! Otherwise highly recommend !

Dear Guest, We are glad you enjoyed your time with us. The pool is kept at a constant 82 degrees, which for some is a bit cool and for others, perfect. We are contemplating some breakfast changes, however we hope that the selection of 2 kinds of waffles, egg/cheese omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, 3 cold cereals, muffins, danish, English Muffins, toast and Juices, milk, coffee and tea give guests enough choices to eat something different each day if they choose. We look forward to having you back with us sometime!

Pros: See above.
Cons: Fix the poor Wifi issue.
Location: We loved Gettysburg. There are lots of shops and restaurants in town, and we toured the battlefield on Segways which was a blast!
Comfort Suites offered us a lovely, clean room with lots of space. Also, the staff was really great...super nice, super helpful people. The only downside to our stay was the in-room Wifi. It was either extremely slow or didn't work at all. The front desk staff referred us to the tech division to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, no one from tech even answered the phone, so we had no Wifi during one of our two nights at Comfort Suites. If connectivity isn't really an issue for you, then definitely consider staying here. It's a very nice hotel with a great front desk staff!

I do apologize for the WiFi and am distressed to hear the tech company didn't answer the phone. They are contracted to be available 24/7 and I will follow up. We also have ethernet cords for devises that can use them and a business center. We hope you will choose us the next time you are in the area.

Enjoyable Experience

Pros: Convenience, cleanliness, supurb staff, well lighted parking area, nice breakfast facility.
Cons: Elevator was a bit slow.
Location: Within 1/2 mile of all major gettysburg attractions.
Excellent facility close to all tourist attractions, but not in the midst of the inner-city traffic issues. The staff here was as friendly and helpful as anyplace we have eer stayed.
