The owners updated the main room floor. The bathroom shower floor had rust on the floor and a wring was in the tub. The caulking was dirty in the bathroom. The window curtains were dirty and the mattress was not comfortable seemed old and worn. The pool walls needs to be cleaned makes the water look murky. The breakfast food was ok served biscuits that were hard as rocks and the gravy looked burnt. Food appeared to be reused for several days.

I didn’t like my room the shower curtain and tub was dirty the refrigerator didn’t work and the price I paid for the room was to much I would not ever stay there again. I really want to be refunded because of the bathroom. One thing I did like though is the bed it was very comfortable

Room door was hanging off the henges. Literally had to lift the door to close and open it. There was dead bugs in the bathroom and in between the curtains. The sheets had holes in it.

Did not clean room when we asked… Smelled bad…. Could not give us receipt when we checked out said computer was down… Had a curtain for a comforter and when I asked for blanket they gave me a rough blanket with cigarette burns in it… Construction all around hotel on the roads… When asked if we could have a cart to bring bags down was told … don’t know where they are you will have to search the floors to find one, I checked all 3 floors could not find one so had to make 3 trips from 3rd floor to bring mine and my elderly mothers things down….,

I had been a bit concerned by the online ratings so my wife and I found this place a pleasant surprise on the upside. Very nice staff, super easy check-in without a hitch, good value for money. Fresh-baked yummy cookies at check-in. Having a corner room at the end of the hall made things pretty quiet. The bathroom and amenities (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, ironing board and iron were all excellent. I think others might find the room a bit on the small side, but we felt it was fine. The size meant no closet, just hangar rack (which was fine for an overnight stay). The A/C - heater unit super-cooled the room, but it warmed quickly.

Absolutely disgusting. There was mold in the shower. My sheets were dirty. Staff is unhelpful, they don’t clean the rooms on the weekends? The floors in my room were sticky. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, the floor is caving in. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The property looked nothing like the pictures, it was noisy all night long since the room isn't soundproof and a baby was one the same floor crying the entire time. There were bugs crawling out the bathtub and it was dirty with hair and other debris. Someone attempted to come into the room before checkout time, but luckily the door stopper prevented them from coming in. This place needs updated and I will definitely not stay here again.

Floor in room was sticky and dirty, unmopped. Curtains were off the rod in 2 areas, mold in bath tub and bathroom vent. Water pressure deviated during shower. Wash sink, faucet leaked out onto vanity when turned on, and between bed and wall, the electric outlet was raw, with no safe cover. I took pictures if you would like to see them. The staff was friendly, the downstairs spotless and the breakfast was great.

The floor in the room was extra dirty, the sink was dirty and there was hair everywhere. The handles inside the shower for the elderly or disabled were loose at one end and rusty.

We did not have a good experience. The front desk attendant was lazy. When i came down to ask for an extra blanket because there were only sheets on the bed, he had an attitude and went to grab me a unfolded blanket that didn’t even seem clean. I was insulted. The shower had a used bar of soap in it from the previous occupant. There were no towels in the bathroom- when I went to ask the front desk worker he told me to go to the laundry room (an employee only space) & get them from the worker back there rather than going to get them for me. Ridiculous! Pool was closed because they were painting it. Breakfast was cheap & minimal- just a few slices of white bread & white bagels. Very disappointed in the stay - trying to get a refund for the inconvenience.

My room was terrible. Bathroom door that locks you In unless you use overly excessive force to pull open because of the damages of the room. Molded bathrooms and the whole entire room is infested with roaches. From room to the bathroom roaches are literally everywhere had to keep my bags in the car.

My family and our stay was horrible!!! We were placed in three different rooms because the 1st room smelled like weed, the 2nd room was filthy and the 3rd room was a suite with a broken tub, dirty and we killed roaches throughout the night. Several roaches crawled on our daughter. We checked in Friday evening with a checkout time for Monday but we checked out early Saturday morning because it was just unacceptable to stay in those conditions. Our daughter has asthma and her condition was flared up but the dirtiness of the hotel and the smell of the weed. Also, there was not a smoke detector present in the 3rd room and that is a safety hazard.

You get what you pay for
Building has definitely seen a better decade. The center of the room we had (#326) was slopped to the center of the center of the room. It was a little concerning since you could feel the floor give a little when you walked.
