Ils n'ont pas fait le ménage après la première nuitée c.a.d. vider poubelle, remplacer serviettes . . . Le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas, pas de hotte dans la salle bain, traces de moisissure au plafond de la s.d.b. un lit double alors qu'on devait avoir un queen.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Team saw the sign of No disturbance so no one entered the room. Microwave switch was unplugged so it was not working, I would be happy to help you plug it in. Serviette pour la sortie du bain toute sale, cheveux traînant dans le bain, manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain donc goutte d’eau jaune au plafond lorsque l’on se lave. Lit 54 pouces. C’est cher payé pour l’endroit malheureusement.

Par où commencer… on nous a fait payer à l’arrivée un supplément pour avoir deux petits lits séparés. Matelas à ressorts inconfortables et bruyants, des rideaux qui n’empêchent pas la lumière de passer, très mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique (regrettable car voisins de chambre très, très bruyants) L’état de la salle de bain est déplorable, décrépie, avec une odeur nauséabonde si tôt qu’on allume l’eau. Pas de Wifi en chambre. Seul point positif : les propriétaires sont agréables.

Motel très vieux et entretien laisse à désirer literie ainsi que serviettes jaunies et pas l'air propre ils ont même pas changé nos serviettes pour la 2e journée je recommande pas cet hôtel nous avons pas dormi avec leur literie par chance j'en avais apporté. Motel très mal tenue.

Bel endroit en campagne, tranquille, propre, petit déjeuner fourni. Les proprios sont sympa et gèrent l'emplacement eux-même. Ils ont à coeur de donner un service de qualité. Fraichement rénové! Seul bémol: l'internet est lent. J'y retournerais...

Very clean/spacious room. Newly reno'd /clean bathroom. New beds w good mattresses. Clean soft sheets. Nice to have mini fridge/microwave. Tv and wifi. Parking in front of your room. Great to have onsite restaurant. Lots of variety/choices and excellent food options. Will definitely stay again when we re in the area. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay

I stayed at the Shenstone as it was convenient while hiking the Bruce Trail. The room is simple, cozy, and clean. The best feature is the friendly staff. And out on my hike, two separate people raved about the restaurant (the gyros and the poutine). I brought food but on my last night I ordered food and it was delivered to my room. It was a nice treat!

The host was very nice and the people that was next to me was very friendly. I feel save staying there but the room I got was very nasty. It smells bad( like an older person order or moldy/muddy), the bedsheets was dusty and I did not shower or brush my teeth with their water. I had to buy my own water to do that because the water smells bad.

We like the property and the location is nice, close to Sauble Falls & beach. The place is neat and tidy. The only thing they must improve is the bed & pillows sheets, also the blanket smell really terrible - they have very strong smell of urine and we had to cover pillows with our shirts, but still the smell is too strong and that is very bad. I informed the receptionist while checking out and they took the comment nicely. I hope they can improve it. That is the only thing that can make this place a very good place.

It was better than expected! Was a little scared when we pulled up but the two inside were very nice and the room was fine. The food tho! Amazing! Best veggie burger i have ever had in 12 years of not eating meat!!!! Will crave this until the next time i goto Tobermory!

The staff were very accommodating as I was a very late arrival but I let them know ahead of time. The hotel is old and needs updating. The bed was comfortable. It was an expensive night for the accommodation available.
