The property needs to be updated. Only 2 elevators were working, barely. The refreshment areas were out of coffee. The rooms are nice but lack the amenities of properties like the Monarch. If Ceasars wants to compete they need to update the hotel.

The Room Was Kind Of Dirty And The Bed Sheets Had Blood Spots On Them. The Room Was Very Hot And The Furnace Wasn't Working To Cool It Down So I Had To Open The Windows To Cool It Down. It Was Very Hard To Get A Drink From The Waitresses While Gambling To Where I Had To Purchase Drinks From The Bar

It's going downhill unfortunately. On a busy Saturday, only 2 functioning elevators. Housekeeping slamming doors against security bars early in am was a rude awakening. Staff at front desk not friendly at all. The room was clean, but could hear everything in the hallway and room next door.

Where to start. I upgraded to premium room which included water, coffee and high speed internet. The water were mini bottles for the coffee machine that didn't work and the refrigerator didn't work. Aso when we went to our room it was 78 degrees, we were told they didn have the hvac on and to open a window. Of the 2 windows one didn't have a screen and the other one was broken. I did report this to the front desk and they did refund 16.63 resort fee.

Unfortunately, there are time when our AC system is shut down during the winter and early spring due to the very low overnight temperatures that we experience in the mountains. The a/c was broken and our room was an oven the whole night at 82 degrees. There also was no soap/shampoo provided.
