“Convenient & Quiet - How to get there”

The hotel is very quiet and includes a decent continental plus breakfast. English is not spoken very well, but we did fine with a few phrases from a tourist language book and sign language, when English wasn't working. Convenience - Bellevue is at the North side of the Piazza Aquaverde. The Rail & Bus Station is on the West side of the same Piazza. Bellevue is a quarter mile from the harbor to access Easycruise and others. You are also about 1/2 mile from the core of the old town.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Un accès facile par tous les moyens de locomotion. Brouillant aux alentours donc obligation de garder les fenêtres fermées mais la climatisation compense. Un excellent accueil et des conseils donnés en français et avec le sourire. Propreté impeccable, chambres et salles de bain refaits à neuf.

Reception trés bonne qualité de service excellente , petit dejeuner servit dans une large densité horaire trés bon service vu imprenable sur la port la gare trés pratique proche du veiux port, prés du centre ville et de tout les points touristiques attrayant

“I would go back if I visit the city again”

I went to Bellvue hotel because I had a job interview. I needed a clean and nice place to stay and I was very happy of my choice. The hotel is clean and is so conveniently close to the station! The rooms are not extremely charming but I would recommend this place if you want to stay in a good hotel, conveniently close to the port and the center of the city. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

“Great hotel, suited us perfectly”

Excellent central location, 2 mins walking distance to railway station, and terminus for airport bus. Room had balcony overlooking Columbus statue - not ultra modern but bed comfortable, bathroom fine - room has a/c but we enjoyed the fresh air in October. Hotel held our luggage until our afternoon departure from Genoa. Explore the hills up behind the hotel if you like walking - including to the Castle and museum. Great coffee at reception also, plus free wifi and friendly service.

“Hotel Bellevue Genoa Italy (New Year 2011)”

The Hotel Bellevue was my "home base" for a week in Genoa. The location was perfect - several small resturants (Lupa) and typical Italian bars nearby. I selected it for it's proximity to the train station for my day trips. There is a bus from the Genoa airport to the train station, which was very convenient. The room was as expected - small but functional with a ballerina sized shower (good pressure and hot water however!). There is a small safe in a larger locking fridge that was perfect for storing netbook, etc. The staff was polite and very helpful, speaking several languages. The wi-fi in the lobby area encouraged new friendships with other travelers. They serve a great breakfast buffet with many selections. If however you are looking for luxury, you may want to look elsewhere as the Hotel could use some updating (the old cage lift does work!). Also, if you are a light sleeper, the trains do run all night (unlike our US system). However, if you are looking for a good value, this is a super place!

“Convenient, decent to stay for short visit”

It is very near to station. No Wi-Fi, but iternet access available on one laptop. Our train reached 6 AM, but we were allowed to check-in. It was very nice of them. We stayed just one night, and enjoyed the stay.

“A belle view indeed”

The hotel is situation right above the station with lovely views of the station and you can see the sea in the distance. We were given a room with a little balcony and theres two terrace areas and a coffee and drinks machine superb! Also you get a english movie channel, so good after watching generic news channels and German music tv. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous with freshly baked pastry lovely juice and great coffees.
