“comfort hotel europa, à 2 pas du port, et de la gare principal de genes”
nous etions, 2 pers, notre chien (30kg)-, rien à à redire, l'hotel est idéalement situé pret des poles touristiques et des moyens de communications, terminaux croisieres et ferries, gare principale de genes, metros et bus situé dans une ruelle , calme assuré le plus, le parking privé, dans la vieille ville; on mesure la satisfation de ne pas avoir à chercher une place de stationnement quasiment introuvable dans le secteur nous avons ete pris en charge dés l'approche de l'hotel et guidé pour le passage du porche permettant l'accès à la cours intérieure de l'immeuble : gentillesse, compétence, sourire, un français charmant aux accents tonique italien, et... notre chien à ete reçu comme un vip la chambre, bien equipée, sans reproche, -si cela n'est qu'il n'y avait pas de chaine tv française dans le panel proposé- parfait, nous recommandons cet hotel
“Excellent Value”
Rooms are small, but recently renovated with nice baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, very close to the main station and a short walk to the city centre and historical area.

this hotel was very central (beside the station) therefore ideal for access to other parts of liguria, ideal for both holidays and business, I would certainly return, the only down side is the coffee is terrible, but many nice bars around for morning cafe!!!!!
“Definitely would return”
My husband and I recently stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Italy and were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room/bathroom and of the breakfast. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the main train station and maybe an 8 minute walk down to the main Piazza to catch a variety of buses to take you to your destination. Even though I knew the city well, the staff were friendly and helpful when I asked questions. The breakfast, besides the usual bread and cereals, offered fresh fruit, yogurt, cake and a variety of cold cuts. There is a Pizza restaurant across the street, as well as a great gelato bar, but if you are willing to explore the town, there are many wonderful restaurants which meet all budgets. This hotel was not our first choice, but after having stayed there, we would definitely go back. The room was clean, breakfast was great and at night it was very quiet. From someone who knows the city, I highly recommend this hotel.
“Hotel in Genoa Italy”
Travel the world and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in |Genoa (especially if you are traveling via train). Can not say enough good things about it and the service was fabulous.

The hotel is very central but down a quiet side-street so it was quiet. That meant it was ideal for seeing the best of Genoa.

Petit déjeuner bon, ( fromage, charcuterie, cereale,focacia,croissant,jus d'orange,fruits,gateau au chocolat.) Chambre confortable, mais salle de bain en moyen état. Personel de l'hotel sympathique.( une très jolie blonde à l'accueil. Localistation très proche de la gare Je vous le recommande

Can't beat the location if traveling via train. The front desk person was awesome! Would return. More spacious then expected.
