The Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva overlooks the Jet d'Eau, Mont-Blanc, and the French Alps from its spot along Lake Geneva and features 3 restaurants including an all-day brasserie and a traditional Chinese restaurant. FloorTWO - Overlooking Lake Geneva and the Jet d'Eau, this classic brasserie offers all-day dining including Sunday brunch. Light fare and snacks are served in the atrium lounge. The bar overlooks the lake from floor-to-ceiling windows and serves tapas and cocktails. Outdoor terrace dining available.
The Grill - Grilled meat and seafood are prepared in an open-kitchen for lunch and dinner. Open daily.
Tse Yang - This lakeside restaurant serves traditional Chinese cuisine including Peking Duck and Szechuan Beef and is open for lunch and dinner.
A breakfast buffet (surcharge) is provided. 24-hour room service is also available.

Spa
Le Spa Geneva is a 1,400-square-meter facility featuring 12 treatment rooms, a VIP suite with private Hammam and tub, a relaxation area, and a spa boutique, which offers CINQ MONDES exclusive beauty products. Treatments include Ayuvedic, Balinese and Thai massages, hydromassage and traditional Hammam baths, body wraps and scrubs, and facials. Couples treatment rooms are available. Guests under 18 are not allowed in the spa.

“Outstanding hotel”
Great facilities and nice people. Although they were going through a renovation while we were there, it did not impact us at all. Sunday breakfast was exceptional.
“Go back regularly”
The staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant's wait staff, to the concierge are all quick, service oriented, and professional. The rooms are quiet, well appointed, and comfortable. This is a superb hotel for business-people as well as for vacationers.

“Would stay again”
Would have liked to have had the facility to make tea and coffee in the room, but apart from that it was really great. The food and drinks were very expensive but we expected that generally in Geneva The service in the bar area particularly was very good, but a little rushed in the restaurant. The other peice of advice is to check your bill carefully as we were almost charged for breakfast when we had already paid for it through Expedia. They did apologise when I pointed it out to them though.

“5 Star Customer Service”
I would highly recommend this hotel based on the pre-visit customer service provided and on-site services encountered. It was a rare pleasure to truly have "customer service" actually demonstrated. Providing the most professional service I have encounter ever, Ms Violet in the hotel services department made the stay for my wife and I an excellent and surprised filled time (for my wife) with minimal anxiety and concern once coordinated.
“Luxury Hotel”
The hotel is perfect with its everything. The staff were very helpful and very polite. Especially when I lost my phone in a taxi, they call everywhere and they find it. The rooms are clean, the bed is big and very comfortable. The only thing which I can say as negative is the prices. However, not only the hotel but also all Geneva is expensive
