“A Title”
High quality finishing within the room and washroom. Great restaurant. Very good services from the reception. Overally a very lovely small luxury hotel. Highly recommended.
“Happy to stay there again!”
This is a great little hotel very conveniently located within a short walk of both the lake and the main train station. Staff were friendly - they noticed I had only a small breakfast and charged me half the normal amount and were attentive enough to remember how I liked my coffee the next day. I highly recommend this for the business and leisure traveller alike.

After all amazing reviews & comments I was intrigued, also not keen in modern hotels but I was amazed, fantastic location, great attention to detail & decor incredible staff; very professional & attentive - they really make you feel special & at the same time cozy atmosphere. Really impressed!!!
“Highly Recommended”
We stayed at the EastWest hotel for 4 nights in July this year and loved it! The location was perfect just 2 minutes walk from the lake and there are some lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel has been extremely well renovated and everything is to a very high standard. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. Very highly recommended and we will stay at the hotel in the future!
“Paradise in Geneva”
EastWest is in the perfect location to access the high end department stores, the jet d'eau fountain, and is within walking distance to the historical district from the hotel. The front desk couldn't have been nicer and most helpful. The moment we walked in, they were asking if they could answer any questions or direct us to sites in the city. Our room was made up with Frete sheets and had Frete robes hanging in the bathroom for our use. Everything was neat and clean. Additionally, we ate at the Sens restaurant, on site, and it was fabulous! We had a great meal one night and the next we sat in the lounge and had dessert and drinks. Overall, we'd come back and stay here again.
“I'd definitely stay there again”
I stayed at the East West Hotel for 4 nights this past June before a conference started elsewhere in Geneva (at another hotel). It was a great choice - 2 blocks from Lake Geneva on the Right Bank and about a 5-10 minute walk to the Tourist Info office and the main transport depot in the city. It was also only ~10-15 minutes by foot to Old Town. Also the staff was quite helpful and the room was quite nice (though no view - you are on a side street 2 blocks from the Lake). They also had a very nice library downstairs with a TV (watched the US-Algeria game) and where you can also be served food. Right across the hall is a formal sit down restaurant and just outside in the back is very lovely patio with a waterfall where you can also eat. The in-house restaurant has very good food (ate one dinner and one brunch there), but be forewarned - it's very (very) expensive (though so is all of Geneva). I wound up eating at Halle de Rive (an indoor market near the English Gardens), the local supermarket (there's a Manor about 5 minutes away) and an African restaurant across the street from the hotel as cheaper choices. In summary, the hotel was great, the staff were very helpful and the amenities were quite nice (oh, and wi-fi was free, which was nice). Highly recommend the hotel.
“Classy hotel”
Very classy hotel with extra attention to detail. The area is perhaps not the most desirable area in Geneva, but we never felt unsafe.
“A gem of a hotel in geneva”
Located convenient to the train station and the lake, this gem of a superbly designed small hotel was amazing. The staff were polite and helpful and we loved the decor and ambiance.
“why spend more elsewhere”
i thought for what i paid, it was a great value. this is a top of the line hotel... only stayed one night but was impressed by the modern and clean room. service was great, and location was close enough to everything we wanted to see.
“Great little Geneva City hotel”
EastWest hotel is a great, contemporary boutique hotel. Nicely appointed and updated rooms, and good size too for a large city. Great location, just a few blocks from the train station and the Lake. Easy to walk to all the Geneva tourist attractions. Very friendly staff, and a couple of nice little (and unusual) turndown treats! Would definitely return upon next trip to Geneva.
