At the heart of the Sheraton Sopot Spa, inspired by the ancient Roman tradition is our ‘Spa Experience’ offering a delightful way to cleanse, relax and re-energize. The Spa Experience includes: Hydrotherapy Pool using Sopot’s mineral rich water, Hamam – low steam, gentle heat and inhalation using the local therapeutic saline water, Finnish Sauna, Aromatic Steam room, Ice Fountain, Sensual Rain Showers, Tepidarium with Heated Loungers, Swimming Pool and is available at a charge to hotel guests.
The SPA Experience and treatments are not available to children under the age of 16. Special pool operating hours for children apply (11 am to 6 pm). SPA at Sheraton Sopot is closed for maintenance first Monday of each month.

excellent hotel on the beachfront. Price per room when booked via expedia was really good value. Would definetly visit again.

A very pleasant stay. Rooms confortable and the bathrooms well stocked. The location is very close to the beach and Sopots wooden pier. Also close to many excellent restaurants and shops. I would definitey recommend staying in this very pleasant hotel. Breakfast is ample with a good selection of fruit and all the other bits you need. Skimmed milk is hard to come by. Also complementary would be nice in the rooms, especially for late arrivals. There is a Spa if that fits your taste.
