Very Convenient for Gatwick Airport

Pros: It is very convenient to Gatwick Airport and easy to access from London via train and a longish walk under cover. The room was clean, nice mattress!
Cons: Revamp the Restaurant menu and work on bar staff service to women.
Location: Fly from Gatwick
The hotel staff were helpful, but service was poor for a female travelling alone. The bar staff ignored me as I waited for service, so I went down to the restaurant. Staff there were harried and the "Hors d"oevres" buffet was mainly salads and the seafood was anchovies. The soup was dreadful and the desserts tired. There was little choice on the menu. After paying and talking to the manager, she refunded the cost of the buffet. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Stay -- but don't eat unless the menu has changed!

Location: Great locatiobn for traveling out of Gatwick Airport and easy to access central London

Convenient Hotel Location-Gatwick

Pros: The hotel was within walking distance of the South Terminal Gatwick Airport.
Cons: The hotel could provide better signage or provide a better directions on how to get from the south terminal to the hotel lobby.
My overnight stay at the Hilton Gatwick Airport was very good. Room was a good size, clean and quiet.

Attached to south terminal..very convenient

Pros: Quick checkin and checkout. Very convenient for south terminal.
Cons: Signs from airport.
Stayed briefly overnight before a morning flight. Did the job. Comfortable night in well equipped room. Alarm clock worked which was crucial. Reception staff very good..quick checkin and express checkout. Maze style corridors to rooms that are a little tired but are being refurbished. Signage to hotel is ok but could be clearer.

Decent room in a decent hotel, but...

Pros: Clean, decent size room.
Cons: Cheaper wifi, slightly cooler room temp.
Location: Only stayed as a stopover
Decent room in a decent hotel, only spoilt by some loud idiot talking loudly on his phone outside our room in the middle of the night about how his room key card wasn't working*. I also think that £15 pounds for wifi in this day and age is absolutely extortionate, especially when it is only that much because they know people have no other option when travelling from another country. *For "wasn't working", read "too drunk to understand the concept of a hotel key card"
