Convenient to places, but during the weekend the hotel was extremely loud. Kids running up and down the hallways at 11:30 to 12:00 am people coming in slamming their doors.

The front desk person was VERY rude. Negative attributes about the property as follows; *Dirty floors after exiting elevator *Dirty room floors *Seams in the ceiling ravening *Asked front desk attendant for a tv listing and was given an 1-10, 11-20,21-30 etc. summary of channels. * No shower bar for safety in tub * Phone as completely "unplugged" which means housekeeping was not "thoroughly" cleaning the room. *Bathroom door was misaligned and would not shut without " a considerable amount of force". * Common things not wiped off...table tops. *Sheets Stunk!!! * I am a Hilton girl and took this on a whim.... Positive attributes; Clean breakfast area The balcony view was beautiful!!! It was quite Would I return? Yes, If I was in a pinch. *

The property and room were both very clean. Only negative about our stay was the river view room we requested had a very miniscule view of the river and that was only from the deck, not from inside the room.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast each morning was superb. The indoor pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel however it was hotter than a hot tub which made it hard for our little one to swim for very long but was still fun for the short time we used it.

Front desk staff were incredibly rude!! We had issues with cleanliness in our room and the toilet wouldn’t work. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff she was very rude and didn’t offer any assistance. Took pictures of the multiple mold spots and just over all uncleanliness. We will definitely be posting a review and will NOT return.

For starters, the queen beds are not queen size beds. Room number 487 to be exact. They are full size beds. The bed linen was stained on one of the beds. That included the pillow cases. The cleaning staff leaves an empty envelope in the room with tips written on it. Maybe if the bedding was decent. The hotel itself outdated and is a bit overpriced for what it is. I would not stay here longer than one night. With that being said, I would not recommend this hotel nor would I come back.

We aren't completely happy with our stay we found a prescription bottle with medication in it in our room.We also found other trash in our room. The breakfast wasn't that great either.

The staff was very accommodating and extremely nice. The breakfast was very good and they had a great variety of items. The room itself needed a little updating. The carpet seems kind of dingy the shower needed to be replaced and there was a huge crack in the sink which they had tried to patch.

Decent stay
The whole reason we stayed here was because it has an indoor pool but the heater was out and it was too cold for my kids to play.

Lock your pool door!!!
Two of the receptionist were rude when asked for towels and wash cloths. The outside door to the pool was left propped open by the deadbolt extended onto the outside door frame all week for unknown reasons. Took pics two different days. Safety of the guests were compromised and not very professional. Wont be back because what we spent on the room it wasnt worth being unsafe.

Short Stay
Overall a good stay for a short trip. The shower curtain needs to be moved to allow more room in the shower. Our room was not cleaned but we not stayed 3 nights so it was not a big deal.

Location was perfect! Nestled at the end of the strip in a more quiet area but still very close to Dollywood, the island and all other attractions. Beautiful balconies overlooking the river. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Breakfast area was very clean and breakfast staff was very friendly. The staff at the front counter was not friendly and would often fall asleep at the desk. They made you feel as if you were a bother to them if you woke them up for any needs. Overall the room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and had some mold issues in common places..

One and only night.
Room looked nothing like pictures in the preview. Evening staff was okay and nice enough checking in. Once in the room noticed the carpets are completely stained. The room felt dirty and not kept up. Opened the door to the balcony and doesn’t look like the deck or chairs have been cleaned in months. The the shower/tub had a slow drip that would not stop. The drain plug was down so there was a good bit of water in the tub. When checking the bed before getting in after a long day of driving noticed stains on the bed sheets. Checked out the next morning. 4 night stay turned into 1. The woman the next morning checking out was a bit rude. Had AirPods in her ear while on a phone call as well when “helping” me and my wife. Found other hotel the next morning.

Check in was fast and easy. Looks good at first glance but the room was not that clean. Top cover was dirty and so was the top of the refrigerator cabinet. Tile was not cleaned and the floor was not vacuumed. Cleaners missed a lot!
