They said our room was renovated...it had new LVT floors that were so dirty if you showered and walked from the shower to the bed, your feet were BLACK. Everything looked like it belonged in a slum. The sink had no vanity or soap holder and you had to put the soap behind the faucet or it would fall on the floor. Next to the sink was a laminated box with shelves that were peeling. The drywall work looked like it was done by kindergarteners. There were exposed electrical junction boxes and dead spiders in the corners of the wall and ceiling. The lobby, rooms, stairs, all doors, door knobs, clothing drawer tops...EVERYTHING was just FILTHY. We were there 4 days and they never changed the sheets. All they did was bring new very thin towels and take the trash. Nothing was cleaned while we were there. Worst inn I ever stayed at and will NEVER go back there, not even if it was free.

Despite arriving late, my stay at was exceptional. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, and the staff's professionalism made for a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay

The so,called hotel was in fact a house with one,door, and the only way put to the door was a very streep asphalt driveway. My wife and I in our eighties could not climb this entrance and there was no staff to answer our knock on the door. We left and rented a real hotel in downtown Gattlenburg. you should investigate your clients more thoroughly. This is the first time expedia failed us. I,demand a full refund. We did pay for insurance against such occurrences

We're sorry to hear about your experince! It seems that you were at the wrong location. We are located on the Gatlinburg Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg (next to the convention center). We have 64 rooms in a 3 story building with a parking garage attached. There is no steep asphalt driveway to access our property. We apologize for the confusion! We hope you have a better experience next time in Gatlnburg!

It is currently under renovations , we did not know that until checking in , No breaksfast because of that , this was not mentioned on expedia page or the reagan resort page , parking very small and crowded, very noisy you can hear everything from the rooms

This hotel is good for a one night stay. The room was clean since it was just remodeled but the hallway was alittle unfinished since there is still construction going on. The staff was Very friendly and helpful. The bed was SUPER comfortable. However the shower was not. There was no way to control the water pressure, although I was grateful it was a lot of pressure as opposed to little pressure. I’m hopeful they are upgrading the towels. Also, there was no chair in the room. Maybe that will be added when the remodeling is finished. All in all it was okay for the price.

They are in a large scale renovation. 1st morning there at 7:30 fire alarm was set off. False alarm that turned off in about 5 minutes. Our room had a breeze way where we could sit and enjoy the great weather. Right below us was a constant running of a saw. I wish we’d realized that prior to booking. Numerous choices in same price point

This was a great room with lots of room. Two nights were very reasonable. We stayed on Wednesday and Thursday. Asked about a room for Friday but the price was over double for weekend. Overall a very good stay, right next to the convention center.

We stayed in a newly renovated room. The furniture was comfy and stylish. I like the balcony, double sinks and bigger fridge. I also loved the amount of space the room had. The cons would be that the floors were very dirty in our room and throughout the hotel. It also had a musty stench, although it still was under renovation. We also had a room that could have connected to the person next door. We could hear everything happening in the other room right through the door, and I’m sure they heard us as well. Overall I liked the hotels location and would stay there again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in, in a long time! Very comfortable, updated rooms. We had a balcony, it faced a brick wall and we were ok with that, it was still nice to sit out on for some fresh air.

It was an easy get in and get out. Parking was a plus and it was right near everything. I would recommend for the convenience of everything. The room was also clean and had a lot of towels. The large screen TV was nice.

The property is still under renovations, however the crew are quiet and pretty much out of site, out of mind. The rooms are fabulous and the location has been key for us. Still no breakfast area yet, but that is still an area they are going to be working on next. Besides, there are plenty of breakfast options within walking distance.

Property was in the process of being renovated, and signage when we arrived was poor so we were a little confused as to where to park and check in. However, once we figured it out everything went smoothly. The room was nice and well kept with a few modern touches - you could tell it had been recently upgraded. You certainly can’t beat the location - I would consider staying here again.

Reagan's used to have a nice little motel a couple of blocks away which is now an Eco-Lodge. My understanding is that they bought this new location 5 to 7 years ago and are still in the remodeling stage. The laminate floors in the hallway were coming up and posed a trip hazard and the elevator didn't make it all the way to the floor, causing me to step down. Now don't get me wrong, the rooms were clean and so was the bathroom which is a big win. The staff was friendly and were easy to talk to. For the price paid per night I would look over the few minor issues.

My review is based on not knowing the property was being renovated before I paid and booked this hotel stay with Expedia. The staff was friendly but I am extremely disappointed with booking through Expedia. I received an email a day later after booking telling me about renovations. This is not good customer service. Also, Hotel room doesn’t look like the pictures. For an average short term stay property is ok.

The property was clean and quiet. Maintenance staff had to come to our room because my grandson closed the adjoining room while I was in their room. Maintenance was very rude and hateful about it. Scared my grandson who Is 8. Couldn’t find management to report it.

The highlight is definitely the location for this hotel!! We loved being within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. As far as cleanliness, it’s definitely not the best, but also not the worst. The sheets seemed cleaned. However, the overall room was grimy and there was still hair in the shower and small pieces of trash in the floor from the previous guest. The appearance wasn’t very welcoming, but they were also remodeling at the time of our stay, so a reasonable amount of dishevelment is expected. Overall, if you’re looking for a great location for decent value, this is a good option, just not at the highest levels of cleanliness.

The room looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed after the last checkout. The bed was so squeaky that i didn't want to turn so it didn't bother the people below us. It was very convenient to everything so we really enjoyed that

The staff was awesome, very friendly and informative We loved talking to Barbara, Dina and I am so sorry I forgot the young lady from Jamaica's name. I will get it in April When we return. We are retired and travel back and forth from Chicago to Florida. We always stop in Gatlingburg because it's a halfway location and we LOVE Gatlinburg. We decided that we will continue stay at the Reagan Resorts Inn.

It was right in the middle of town. The Inn is one of the older ones in town, but they're making renovations and the rooms were nice. The only issue I had was that there seemed to be more guests than parking spaces in their parking garage.

The property is located right on the parkway, making it a very convenient place to stay. Our room was clean, but it was an adjoining room and the other people were extremely loud. All in all I would stay there again.

The remodel has really spruced up the property. It is right on the strip and close to everything. Always call and ask what your view is, a lot of the balconys face another building with no view.
