Booked room in December and when arrived room located in far back. Carpet was dirty. Refrigerator barely was cooling, microwave was missing turntable.. had to ask for towels. Was told could not get amount needed for 3 day stay and the towels were rough like sand paper.. would not stay here again nor recommend.. place in very bad need of remodeling

It was dirty, stinky, and we found an  under one bed and a condom on the floor. Yuck! It was the worst experience ever! I have never stayed at a hotel as horrible as this. I trusted that because it was a chain it would be alright but God was I wrong

When we arrived we had to wait over a hour to get into our room because there was no staff at the hotel then they gave us the wrong room, people were already in the room. We finally got into a room that was empty. When we woke we went to the office to get coffee and breakfast, the doors were locked, no coffee and no breakfast and no staff. I do not recommend this property.

This place is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been at. The towels, sheets, fitted sheet, rug, everything was dirty. It was very nasty and unhygienic.

This place was very rundown, our entry door was obviously kicked in a couple of times. Bathtub floor had mold in it. Backdoor didnt shut enuff to lock the deadbolt.

Yikes. This place has dropped in quality over the years. Luckily I just needed a bed for the night. If staying more then just one night to fit into plans. Don’t. You will wonder how this place can still be open.

RUN the other way no one shows up and then when you call the lady gets rude because she has an infant at home well it’s not our fault we waited 45 mins for someone to show up don’t waste your time trying to come here or call them

Lets start with the good. Location. 4 beds. Jacuzzi. The bad. No door safety lock. Roaches. Unclean. 4 towels for a place that sleeps 10. No tv remote. A broken tv. A broken floor. No light bulbs in lamps. Missing bedding. Fridge broke.

Website says 24 front desk, anytime check in. Nobody at front desk, front desk was locked. Our key was “hiding on the property” per general manager, was in an unlocked cubby for anyone to grab. General manager refused to help us in person, called us rude, complained about us coming so late at night, hung up the phone on us. Made us extremely uncomfortable. Dirty property, rude workers, sketchy. Anybody could have taken our key. Terrible, never have had worse service in my life

This property has apparently been under renovations for years - to surrounding areas. The place is reeking of drugs - horribly dirty, filthy, stacks of trash and bins apparently have never been dumped - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

DONT STAY HERE. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING. THEY ARE CHARGING 250 FOR BROKEM MIRRORS DIRTY BATHROOMS AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE TRASH AROUND THE PLACE. IT WAS SHOCKING. WE BOOKED A SUPER QUICK TRIP AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE WARNINGS. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS PLACE MAKES ANY MONEY.

This place is the worst place that I have stayed. there was no running water for the shower There no remote for the TV,(which is a big deal when you have a little kids traveling to give them a break and watch some cartoons) there was only two pillows for The two beds, the curtains we’re barely hanging on, Sorry fell on my child. There was no breakfast at 8:15 AM and the worker hadn’t even gotten there yet. The floors were dirty from construction had not even been cleaned, I want to refund of all of my money I feel like they should’ve paid me to stay there .

I reserved a king suite, when I got there I got a two queen bed. When I showed her my booking she told me it was under maintenance. The next day when I went to ask for more toilet paper, the other lady was checking someone in a king suite. I was mostly booking this hotel since it was so close to the mountains and we were going to be out all day, so I just saw it at a bed to sleep in. I wouldn't bring my kids in this . We enjoyed our trip to pigeon forge. However, the water didn't drain in the shower so you had to wade in the water to shower. The heat did not work in our room at all. I was in the lobby trying to find out why they charged me 6 times for a 3 night visit the maintenance guy told me to let him go first he had work to do so my replie was i was a paying customer. The lady come in and tried to help. Just overall a little bit of a hassle but we didn't let that ruin our trip. I would definitely go back but maybe after the remodeling is done.

We booked three rooms. The sheets had pink stains on them. One of the lampshades did too and in one of the rooms, the grid that covers the air conditioning unit was completely off. I called the manager a few days later and he promised to issue a refund. I never heard back from him. I called back, but received no answer. I’ve given him two months to respond to me. This location is right before Gatlinburg so I thought it would be nice. It wasn’t.

Worst stay ever
The room was dirty. The shower ceiling has a hole in it. The faucet fixture was half on and there were stains, paint splatters and debris from the ceiling in the tub. There was dust on surfaces and the floors were dirty. The toilet moved (wobbled) every time it sat on it. No phone in the room to call the desk. They would not deliver extra wash clothes. I had to go to the front office to request some and they sent me to the Laundry room to ask for more. The sheets had stains and had holes.

Carpet had a tear in it there was mold around the tub a lot of trim was broken and they also charged my card an additional 494.08 that was not supposed to be charged and we still haven’t received the money back!

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this stay was the worst. We went to Pigeon Forge for Dollywood and the Aquarium I picked this motel because it was cheaper and needed it only to sleep and it said that it had breakfast. Online rooms looked okay. They are remodeling, so no breakfast at all and the employees were fine, but did lack customer service skills. At midnight we did get a lovely fight between two brothers and my kids were in another room so we had to go outside to check on things. Everyone staying near our rooms came outside to watch the drunken fight with screaming, I thought it was domestic violence at first but then saw is was a drunken brawl. When I went to the office to ask if they had called 911, they said ' "We are the ones who need to call, they did not care." Even though it was interrupting everyone's sleep and it was dangerous. Good place to stay on a budget, do not expect anything else!!!

Dump motel
This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Mold in the bathroom, the hair dryer didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, one of the beds was broken, the mattress cover was dirty, the bed had metal braces sticking out past the mattress of which I cut my leg on, the furniture was old, the chairs was rickety, the light over the table didn’t work and one of the tv remote’s was missing. I will never stay in this dump again. Why you recommend it makes me question your company. I can’t be the only one complaining about this motel.

5 day family of 4 trip to the mountains
I booked 6 months prior to our vacation. Small but decent spaced rooms. Microwave didn't work and TV was not the best for stations. Bed was clean. Place is under construction but wasn't as ratchet as most of the other reviews. The young guy at the desk was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was cereal and waffles maker. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay again. You get what you pay for and for a place to sleep that was clean and budget friendly, it was great !

This hotel should not be operating. It was not only dirty but it was unkept and dirty. Our 2 bedroom suite looked like a crime scene from a Law and Order episode. We could not stay there and thankfully the staff was helpful in cancelling and giving us a refund
