Great hotel staff and pool was very nice. Breakfast service was horrible, however I would stay here again just not eat breakfast here!

Very clean. Few hundred feet off the main parkway so this added to the peaceful environment.

“Vacation Pigeon Forge”

Great hotel. Beds were comfy, nice pool area though we didn't use it, close to all the activities.

“Noisy Fan, but other then that Great Stay”

Have stayed at this hotel many times, but there was one problem this time, the fan made a constant noise, finally turned off and luckily the temperature was not that cold outside. Did notify the front desk on Saturday morning and they said they would take care of it. Saturday evening and Sunday morning noise was back again. Before i checked out on Sunday morning I notified the front desk of the same problem and she said that either they didn't come to fix it or didn't know how, but that would be taken care of by somebody else.

Very nice Holiday Inn. I think there was some kind of special going on because we received free breakfast buffets. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
