“Great location”
Great location near local attractaions. The hotel was Clean and the staff was friendly.

Have stayed here many times in the past when visiting PigeonForge and Gatlinburg. Close to everything and staff is very polite.

The hotel was recently renovated and it showed. Very clean and comfortable.
“Great Place to Stay While Visiting the Smokies”
The Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge was a wonderful place to stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The kids loved swimming in the pool with the waterfall at night. The whole hotel was extremely clean and well kept. We found the location to be perfect. The hotel sat back off the parkway, so it was quiet, however, it was only minutes from Dollywood and restaurants. It was just a short drive to the Smokey Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg. Initially I had wanted to stay in Gatlinburg, but was very glad we did not. Gatlinburg was extremely crowded, and all the hotels were right in the middle of the traffic and crowds. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge when visiting the Smokies again.

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. The only thing we missed was the free continental breakfast we're use to when we travel (for speed and convienience), but the hotel does have it's own restuarant. Parking was very convenient.

“Skeptical at first but in love after arrival”
I was afraid to book due to no reviews, but I took a chance since there were limited other choices. I arrived with my 3 kids and we were amazed. The rooms were well furnished and the nicest rooms that I have seen without being a resort. The beds and pillows were amazing and the room hotel in general was very well kept and clean. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.
