“Nice Overnite Stay”

We booked into the BW Twin Islands hotel for an overnite stay while we were visiting the Gatlinburg area. With everything so close it was very convient for us to walk to each and all attractions,the room was clean and comfy, the pool and hot-tub was very relaxing after a long day. We would stay at your Hotel again.

“Very Good Hotel”

This hotel is in a terrific location for visiting nearly anywhere in Gatlinburg. The stream outside the room was really nice and the family of ducks and the chipmunk just made my stay! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and set up well. The room we were assigned would not pick up the wireless internet access, but we could go to the lobby to access it with no problems.

“Excellent Location”

We were pleasantly surprised by the central location. The ability to walk to almost anywhere along with extremely nice rooms makes this hotel 2 1/2 star hotel an excellent value and the only place we will stay in Gatlinburg.

We had an amazing time. It was my boyfriend and mine second vacation. (the other being in NYC)... The room was very nice, it was very clean and very spacious. The bathroom was a little small but it was fine. It was in a GREAT location. Everything was clean. I had left my necklace in the room and we had check out and I didn't realize it until about an hour later when we were hiking and I drove back to the hotel and they gave me the key back so I could go to the room and look. (I did find it) The staff was VERY nice! The grounds of the hotel was very nice. I would give it A++++++++++++++++++ I would totally recommend this hotel.

“Very convenient and relaxing.”

Everything was great. I love being in the middle of Gatlinburg and not having to drive anywhere, unless you want to take a run over to Pigeon Forge. The hotel service was good and we enjoyed sitting outside relaxing and listening to the flowing water. Very relaxing. Have also been to Twin Islands in cooler weather and the fireplaces are great.

We didnt stay in the room very much, but when we did it was comfortable. Great location! We will return to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the BW Twin Islands in Gatlinburg. Each room has a river view and we enjoyed our patio on the back of the room, it allowed us to wind down and relax each evening and listen to the sounds of the stream and watch the ducks. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was really nice. Pool was the perfect tempature. Location is the best, right on the strip and within walking distance of everything. My kids love this hotel and it is where we plan to stay each time we stay in Gatlinburg, which is around 3 times per year. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Smokies. For the price, it can't be beat!

“Best location to 'walk' Gatlinburg!!”

We really enjoyed our location. That was central to our whole visit. We wanted to spend more than half our time just wandering through town and only a couple of days driving through the park or neighboring town. This hotel was perfect for that. The cleanliness of the room was an added bonus. The GREATEST feature of this hotel is that every single room has a river view. No matter where your at. The door is on the parking lot side and the balcony faces the river, every floor, every room. It was so nice. The only thing I would change is that it's 'one' comunity balcony.But, if your getting more than one room it would be great for visiting with companions after a day of walking. For us it was 'no negatives' just 'all positives'.

“Perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg”

Best Western Twin Islands in Gatlinburg was very close to the middle of Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to anything that we wanted. Rooms were very clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. We plan on returning soon.
