“Great Place To Stay”

My brother and I stayed in this hotel on Christmas night. It was incredible. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable with 2 queen beds and it had all of the amentities. It was within walking distance to the main street and Hard Rock Cafe was right there. The pancake house next to it had great food for breakfast at reasonable prices. I would definitely go back there to stay again.

“I can't wait to go back”

This would be the place to stay if you want to be close to everthing in Gatlinburg. But you r away from it at night. I enjoy the hotel and the next time I go back I will stay there again.

“Nice With Some Exceptions”

Crossroads seems to have been around for awhile as the building looks a bit old. Front desk staff was very efficient and attentive. The rooms are very spacious and beds very comfortable. Biggest complaint goes to maid service. It was obvious that some "basics" had not been restocked after previous guest and I found chewed gum on the front of the closet shelf. I brought these concerns with a few others to the front desk attention and they seemed genuinely concerned. Location is right on the Gatlinburg strip but expect to pay the price for being there. I would stay here again but if I found similar discrepancies I would be demanding some comp discounts for the price I was paying.

“great views, great stay”

The staff was great. Check-in was a breeze. The location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

“I'd book again”

This hotel was in a good location. It was at the end of the main road of Gatlinburg with easy walking distance to most attractions. It's on the road towards Pigeon Forge so no bumper to bumper traffic getting out of Gatlinburg. The room was nice and big but we wished the air conditioning worked better. The heavy curtain hung over the A/C so all of the cool air seemed blocked towards the window. Condensation from A/C's on floors above dripped down to our balcony so we had to dodge the drips in & out of our room.

“Would definitely stay here again.”

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were very spacious and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch. The bed was a bit on the firm side but still moderately comfortable and the TV had a few fuzzy channels. However, based on overall experience, courtesy of staff and downright excellence of the cleaning staff, we'd absolutley stay here again.

“Good stay, Walking distance of strip.”

Front desk was very nice and prompt, had room keys within minutes. Hotel is only 25 yards from Applebee's and Hard Rock Cafe (Conveiniant for getting drunk at Hard Rock and walking back to the room :-) We had a King Suite with Jacuzzi, Jacuzzi was very nice but took 20 mins to fill with water. The room was a little musty but not bad. The space around jacuzzi could have used some new silling around the mirrors and floor. Located right next door to a night club, just know they close at 1:00 on Fridays. Comfortable beds. The only bad part was the view, all you see is the back and tar covered roof of the building in front the hotel.

“Wouldn't mind going back”

The only major down falls were the slight smoke smell in the room when we first got there and a it was a little dark even with the lights on. Other than that, it was a great locations and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will most likely go back the next time I stay there.

“Jack's Review”

Positives: Great location, very reasonable rates for Gatlinburg. The king bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Negatives: Although recently remodled, my room's bathroom still needed work. Old light fixtures and vanity...needed to be replaced to go with the rest of the room. Also, internet service not very good. Couldn't get a signal from hotel's wifi. Had to log on to the Atrium Pancake House wifi (restaurant next door) in order to get on the internet. Overall: I would definately recommend. It's not a 5 star hotel, but for the price it's a great family place to stay.

“Nice location and clean”

We stayed two nights in this hotel and thought it was very comfortable. It was a good value and walking distance to the strip. Don't expect anything spectacular just a clean room and in a good location.
