Hi, I made a reservation for two nights, I spent one night in the motel and I canceled for the second night because of the room was awful, bad AC, moisture and dirty room didn't sleep beacuase of the mosquitos flies and bugs, I asked them to refund me the second night but they told me that I have to talk to Expedia, the Motel charged me for two nights even I canceld for the second night and i spent only one night.
