“stay here!!!”
absolutely the best hotel and fantastic breakfast, could not ask for a nicer place, right in the middle of town and next to the bus place where you can take some great tours of the area
“Great Hotel in the middle of Galway”
We stayed at the Park House Hotel for 4 nights in April. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the establishment particularly considering the price we paid. The hotel is situated right on Eyre Square and is an easy walk to all the shopping and sights in the center of the city. Our rate included a full breakfast and we found that the breakfast was enough to keep us going for most the day. The staff were, without exception, excellent, and nothing was too much trouble from a simple question to driving directions to get out of the city. When we next visit Galway we will certainly stay at the Park House again.
“Excellent location”
5 night stay in Dec 2011, Excellent central location. Have to go 'round the block' to enter hotel car park which is very efficiently managed by the porterage staff. Room, at rear of hotel, very quiet, Hotel restaurant very good.
“Excellent experience”
We stayed at the Park House Hotel for one night while we traveled throughout Ireland. It was just the two of us, but the room was spacious enough for four people. Very comfortable rooms and very quiet. The hotel inself is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We were quickly provided a map of things to do while staying in Galway. The hotel is a five minute walk to the heart of Galway where there is a pedestrian mall with lots of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The hotel breakfast was excellent. We wish we could have stayed at the Park House Hotel for longer than one night. I would definately stay here again and would recommended it to anyone traveling through Galway.
“Irish hospitality at its best”
This is a fine example of what a well run family hotel can be like. The staff were all very friendly and the service was impeccable. We spent three nights in Galway and picked this as our base. It's centrally located to take advantage of this fine lively town... and also a great location for touring the west coast. I will certainly stay at this hotel again if I come back to Galway
“Excellent Hotel”
The hotel is in a great location with only a minutes walk to Erye Square. The staff were more than friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted and advised where to go for check in and had our bags taken from us. They were then brought to the room at the same time we arrived at the room. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and maintained and cleaned to a high standard. I would definately return here again or recommend it to a friend.
“vraiment tres bien !!!”
“Great hotel in Galway”
Lovely hotel, accommodating staff, fantastic breakfast definitely worth the extra charge.
“Excellent Galway Hotel - Excellent Galway Location”
We couldn't have picked a more ideal hotel to spend our 3 days/2 nights in Galway. From the moment we pulled into their parking lot, we were greeted by enthusiastic hotel personnel, ready to please the customer. Our check in was seamless; our room provided all the necessary furnishings; room safe, in room bar, valet presser, ample closet space, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was outstanding, which included a buffet as well as any item off the menu. Additionally, the service was superb, by anyone and everyone who waited on us or greeted us. The hotel is approximately 150 feet from the main square. Everything within Galway was well within walking distance and safe.
“Going to Ireland”
All in our group (4) were very pleased with both the ambience of the hotel and the quality of the service and breakfast.
